The room was horrible only one light on the bathroom was working, there was a lamp plugged in that didn’t work unplugged the lamp to plug in my phone charger & the outlet didn’t work. Tv was not set up correctly. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom that weren’t big at all and one was yellow almost like it had been sitting in a smoke filled room for years & they were extremely rough. We didn’t even stay the second night that we had reserved.

We were very disappointed in our stay from July 3 to July 6, 2025. When we checked in we were told only one room was available. The room smelled of cigarettes and was dirty. My husband went to the front desk to complain at 7:30am and was told there was another room available, even though nothing else was available the night before. The next room we were moved to was on the second floor. However the bathroom was filthy, I ended up cleaning myself. The towels were stained and paper thin as well as a stained shower curtain. The air conditioner was very loud so very little sleep. We were told the manager would be calling the next day about a refund and no word. If we had any other upticks we would have checked out immediately. Very disappointing!
