We wanted to be close to the 24th of July celebration in Monroe, but still have a place to play in the water and go for ATV rides in the mountains. Due to fires and floods, (obviously beyond the property owners' control) the water was a little muddy, but the kids still were able to paddleboard and play. There is a lot of room to play games or puzzles inside, which came in handy on the one rainy day. The property is beautiful as is the spacious cabin. We loved it!

This property is beautiful! The location is right on the river with a beautiful view of surrounding mountains. It is large enough that 40ish of us stayed there and never felt like we were in each other's way. Crescent was super great to work with and Dave came to do some yard work and ended up being followed around by one of the 4 year old grandkids. He took it right in stride and explained the intricacies of watering systems to a very interested toddler. Our stay was perfect!

The cabin was amazing, the hosts were friendly, on top of everything and a true pleasure to work with. I would strongly suggest this as a family getaway for anyone.
