"What is the world coming to when a hotel is rationing you to 1 Nespresso capsule. I assumed was a mistake and asked reception for another and was told would have to pay CHF2 for each extra capsule!!!!
Staff pleasant enough, lobby really nice and modern, rest of hotel and rooms a little dated. I stayed on 5th floor and is a musty smell, also a whiff of sewers as if not good ventilation."
