Clean room. Great staff. The TINY hot tub was way too small for the size of hotel. And it was often not available. They close it at 8 pm, which is way too early. The 2nd day it was closed from open until 4 pm for maintenance. By 6 pm it still wasn't warm. The 3rd day it was warm and available. The 4th day, it was full with 4 people, then more and more and more people kept coming to the pool / sauna / steam room / hot tub area. Many people wanted to get into the hot tub, but it was so terribly small. We waited for quite a while and then jammed into it with 4 other people. It was lukewarm. Unfortunately, after location, a hot tub is probably our next most important criteria for a ski trip.

We got upgraded to a fantastic room with a Mountain view. We used the spa a few times after hiking in the day, we also ate at the restaurant and drank at the bar. I would definitely stay again, all the people that worked there were always helpful. The spa facilities were good and pool , sauna etc were all at a nice hot temperature. The room itself was large and the cleaners were very thorough every day and great at stocking up the supplies.
