Beds were comfy pillows great pool turned my hair green. Breakfast options were slim pickings but there is a mini fridge and microwave in room great places to purchase food close by.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean and updated flooring since our last stay. Linoleum, wood-looking, floors instead of carpeting. Looks nice! Our bed could have been softer, but for a night's stay it's okay.

This Super 8 seemed relatively new and clean. We were part of a larger group and the rooms seemed pretty consistent. I liked that there were extra chairs in each room, which made visiting easier.
I didn't like the front desk person. He was sullen and rude. I carried my things out to my vehicle at nine am and when i came back in he had the maid in my room. She threw our my coffee not her fault. He came in and said i checked out. Far from it i still had my room key. He was a sullen person the night before.
Awful customer service. Patronizing front desk staff. Refused to honor reservation made through third party (Orbitz). Refused to cancel without penalty when they did not have the room requested even though they are the ones charging me (not Orbitz). Had to dispute the transaction through my credit card. And they charged me twice for a room I didn't stay in.
There wasn't really any restaurants around to eat at but the property was well kept, staff friendly and room was pretty decent.
Nice and clean. Friendly staff. I asked for a later check-out and they happily agreed. This will be my motel whenever I'm in Neillsville.
We were early and were welcomed and given our room 2 hours early. Terrific help for us.
You get what you pay for. Beds are terrible, noisy hotel not very sound proof. No coffee in the room even though there was a coffee pot. Empty boxes all over(lobby and breakfast area). Pool walls very scummy.
We were surprised initially that there was a room available with 3 queen beds for a great price. We did make our reservation through a 3rd party company, but were very satisfied with the service, the cleanliness and the continental breakfast to get our day started. Thank you.
This place isn't fancy by any means. Stuff is pretty outdated as far as "prettiness." However, everything was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was decent. I would definitely book there again if I was in the area.
I went to the Super 8 in Neillsville, WI with my 3 children for a pool tournament. I choose the Super 8 because of the pool, hot tub, and the free wifi. Non of these things were in working order.The pool and hot tub had been out of order for at least 2 weeks so there was nothing for my children to do and they were very disappointed as was I. I am a full time student so I needed the WiFi to do my homework and that I was not able to use without an ethernet cable. They were able to provide me with one but it was an inconvienence. I am very disappointed with my stay there. I don't think I will ever stay there again!
