"They said the pool was closed for maintenance but it just looked like it needed to be cleaned. We saw garbages overflowing everywhere outside the hotel and inside the hotel. Garbage even stacked up by the elevator. The room itself was cleaned and was a nice size room it was comfortable but there was only small tiny bathroom trash in our room not a normal size one to be seen. We asked for a shuttle to a near by Walmart to get food supplies for our mini fridge and we where then told the shuttle was only for the airport and where told to use the back door exit to walk to the Walmart if we wanted. We asked for a wake up call at 3:30 am so we could get up and get going for our shuttle and that never happened. We did get our shuttle to the airport. Although the man at the desk for morning check out just took our room keys and said we would get a email receipt no real close out procedures."
