I stayed at this hotel twice within a month due to its proximity to friends I was visiting. Both rooms had a kitchenette that consisted on a small fridge, a microwave and a small electric plaque. There were some kitchen utensils as well as a few (3-4?) plates, cups and bowls. Pretty convenient for quick meals. The main kitchenette light under the microwave didn't work in either room I stayed. The bathrooms were clean, but the sink had very little room for toiletries for more than one guest. Both times there were problems with the magnetized card, which is needed to use the elevator. I got out after other guest entered the elevator. Funny, until it happens a second time. The receptionist checked that indeed the card didn't work in the elevator. On my second visit I had booked 2 twin beds in advance. At check in they told me my guest and I would have to share a bed; no twin beds. So beware of trusting your reservation, they won't honor it.

Not aware of this through Orbitz, but assured by staff it would be removed 24 hours after check-out. 11 days - 260+ hours later, the hold is still outstanding! I have contacted the hotel and received no reply! Infuriating. Brief summary of trip: -arrived late 31 May & given room 65 --a/c not working had to move to room 38 @ 1am! -rm 38 a/c worked -noticed & told staff- -hole in bathroom door -burn mark on bathroom floor -hand mark on room door -some sort of odd paper covering on the ceiling  -both pink throw pillows had disgusting stains on them -one of the bed's duvet covers had yellow stains on it -peeling next to the sink -no soap/shampoo in shower -floor 3 hallway - perpetually dirty and stained Staff gave me a duvet to put on bed, as well as soap/shampoo. Paper cover was removed. No other issues were addressed. Hugely disappointing.

nothing but problems...very disappointed

Stayed at hotel 31 May - 4 June. Told @ check-in 150€ credit card hold required.
