MAISONNETTE / PISCINE

Nous mettons en location saisonnière notre maisonnette indépendante située dans notre propriété familiale. Nichée au fond du vallon de Toulouse à Marseille, elle se situe au pied des collines du parc national des calanques directement accessibles à pied ou en vélo. Les calanques sont accessibles en voiture à 15 min environ. Pour autant le centre de Marseille, le vieux port et le MUCEM sont à 20min en voiture. Le joli port de Cassis est à 20 min également par le col de la Gineste. Le centre d'Aix en Provence est à 30 min. D' une superficie de près de 50 m2 , la maisonnette est située sur une partie indépendante de notre propriété. Elle offre toutes les conditions d' un séjour agréable pour 2,3 ou 4 personnes bénéficiant d'un grand lit (180×200), d un canapé lit en lin confortable pour deux personnes (160x200), d'une kitchenette équipée et d'une salle de douche de bonnes dimensions. -

Situation mal précisée sur l'annonce

La maison est belle et très propre. Rien à redire sur l'accueil . Nous avons cependant été surpris de constater que ce bien se situait dans Marseille (avec sa circulation) et non proche des calanques. De plus la maisonnette est entourée de résidences, certains appartements ont une vue plongeante sur la terrasse et le jardin, donc pas trop d intimité. Désolée pour les propriétaires qui ont été charmants mais les vacanciers ont besoin de savoir exactement ce qui les attend.
