Le quartier est vraiment sympa Ă  decouvrir mais l'appartement ne doit pas ĂȘtre relouĂ© tant que certains points de sĂ©curitĂ© soient corrigĂ©s. Securite: - La porte de la Baie-vittrĂ© ouvrant sur la terrasse ne peut pas etre fermĂ©e; la serrure cassĂ©e ou vandalisĂ©e reste en l'Ă©tat. - Multi prise bricolĂ©e doit ĂȘtre jetĂ©e et remplacĂ©e - Le fil Ă©lectrique du fer Ă  repasser 'dĂ©nudĂ©' avec le risque d'Ă©lectrocution. DĂ©sagrĂ©ment : - 2 sur 4 luminaires plafonnier sont grillĂ©es; point dĂ©jĂ  signalĂ© par le prĂ©cĂ©dant locataire au mois de DĂ©cembre. - lampe grillĂ©e dans la toilette en bas (dĂ©jĂ  signalĂ© par le locataire au mois de DĂ©cembre. L'appartement vieillissant a vraiment besoin de maintenance et de renouvellement de l'Ă©quipement au niveau de la cuisine. (Conditions sanitaires pas respectĂ©es, le frigidaire et la poubelle pas nettoyĂ©s, avec de la mauvaise odeur) Effectivement ce que fonctionnent correctementsont L'eau chaude, chauffage, four, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle. Appartement original, lumineux et trÚs bien situé

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la situation en plein cƓur du quartier du panier et le cĂŽtĂ© atypique du duplex. L'appartement est trĂšs agrĂ©able et fonctionnel. Un bĂ©mol en revanche sur le mobilier, un canapĂ© 2 poufs et 4 chaises en tout et pour tout dans une location avec un sĂ©jour, 2 chambres pour 4 Ă  6 personnes!!! Une mezzanine sans assise, sans un seul meuble non plus alors que l'endroit se prĂȘte pourtant Ă  la lecture. On reviendrait volontiers si cet effort Ă©tait fait. Un peu de dĂ©co serait Ă©galement la bienvenue surtout dans un quartier qui regorge d'artistes en tous genres.

Le quartier est magnifique mais bruyant le matin. L'appart a un super toit terrasse. Petit soucis de propreté cependant. Ventilateurs remplis de poussiÚre et fauteuil qui sentait le pipi de chat. Le frigo était aussi un peu aussi de sa vie...

A Marseille, pour les fĂȘtes de fin d'annĂ©e, nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans ce logement, accompagnĂ©s de notre fille et de son mari. Tout s'est merveilleusement bien passĂ© : l'appartement qui a beaucoup de charme a offert tout le confort dont nous avions besoin; la communication avec son propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs facile et agrĂ©able, l'accueil avec Bouthaina trĂšs sympathique... une adresse Ă  retenir!

Schöne Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen

Ansich ist es schön und uns war klar, dass wir in kein 4* hotel kommen. Aber es war nicht sonderlich sauber, auf der Terrasse lagen alte Bretter, die Beleuchtung auf der Dachterrasse lag auseinander genommen ohne Funktion rum. Die Sitzkissen waren von einer Katze besucht worden und rochen dementsprechend. Wir wĂŒrden nicht wieder kommen, es war aber auch nicht unser schlechtester Urlaub.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Marseille, son vieux port, sa criée, le Mucem, la Major, les Docks Village... L'appartement est spacieux, propre, original et trÚs bien équipé. Un lieux calme et agréable au milieu du quartier du Panier qui est trÚs animé..

Zentral und schnuckelig

Gute Aufteilung des Hauses: 2 Etagen und eine dachterasse. Unten befindet sich eine Apotheke, den Rest des Hauses hat man fĂŒr sich allein. Abends werden vor dem Haus Tische aufgebaut, die vom Restaurant gegenĂŒber bewirtet werden. Vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus könnte man auf die Teller spucken 😜. In der ganzen Straße herrscht Leben. Bei offenem Fenster also auch laut (was uns nicht gestört hat). Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da viele Treppen sowohl im Haus als auch in der Altstadt!

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine en plein cƓur de Marseille. Accueil trĂšs sympathique par Bouthaina, qui nous a donnĂ© de trĂšs bons conseils et qui connaĂźt parfaitement le quartier. Elle nous a mĂȘme offert des billets pour le train touristique de Marseille. Merci !!!! Le forfait-parking des phocĂ©ens est vraiment top : 51€ la semaine et Ă  deux pas de l'appartement. Appartement fonctionnel et agrĂ©able, dans un quartier au charme indĂ©niable. Super location !

En rymlig och frÀch lgh med en stor altan med utsikt över hustaken i gamla stan och smÄ mysiga matstÀllen i lugn miljö i kvarteret. NÀrhet till centrum o gamla hamnen och lokal trafik. En trevlig vÀrdinna hÀlsade oss vÀlkomna och hjÀlpte oss till rÀtta under vistelsen.

LOFT CONFORTABLE, LUMINEUX et PROCHE DE TOUTES LES COMMODITES

Excellente semaine passĂ©e Ă  MARSEILLE dans un logement trĂšs bien situĂ© dans le quartier typique du PANIER. Nadia, la gĂ©rante, nous a trĂšs bien accueilli et donnĂ© des adresses et des conseils judicieux pour notre sĂ©jour. Quelques amĂ©liorations au niveau de l'Ă©quipement du loft ont Ă©tĂ© signalĂ©es au propriĂ©taire : 1 pichet, 1 thĂ©iĂšre, 1 poĂȘle anti-adhĂ©sive,1 plateau pour monter la vaisselle sur la terrasse et une douchette flexible pour la salle de bains du bas. Sinon la terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able et nous avons pu en profiter.
