We spend one night here. Room (with kitchenette) was super nice: clean, modern, nicely decorated The hotel is close to city transportation and the area is nice and safe, there was tea and coffee 24/7 and breakfast looked yummy but we made our own Close to shops and restaurants. We took advantage of underground parking (for a fee) and walked to subway
First impression is a lovely smiling face at the reception area. Calm and in a really professional manner she made me and my group feel really welcome. Now to the downside of Marseille. Find a safe spot for your car. Or in my situation a 14 meter tourist coach. This took me about two hours to find. But at Park Boary i fond it. Well, back at the hotel and send to my room att the ground plan. Already when I entered the corridor to my room i got goosebumps. Looked like a film from former DDR. And smelled like... Opens my room. This feels looks like a prison cell. Well. My first though was... Must get the steel curtain up so i get som sun in. A steel curtain on groundfloor in Marseille is a must. So i fully understand why it’s there and why It’s closed. Open my curtain and find the view outside. A plastic, opaque, sheet is covering my window. To save the french balcony and guest at inside. But now I really felt fenced in. So... Returning to a new face at the reception and give them my complains. And letting them know that not even as a driver of Chinese groups i Norway i had a room as bad at this. And you, who’s been in my situation knows what I talk about. Anyway. Without any problems i was upgraded to another room. A perfect room! This is a condo hotel, with your own small kitchen. Clean. Fresh and thought thru. Nice kitchenware, from glass to all kitchen supplies. Nice stone top, and so on. And... This is the really good side of it There is a bottle of washing-up liquid, and tablets for the machine. Something our previous stay should think about! Really nice. Good size bathroom and separated WC. Absolutely a place for me to consider next time I visit Marseille.
I have stayed here for 5 nights. I think everything is approachable and convenience. They have enough kitchenware in the room, so I can cook whenever I want! I just wish they can offer more cleaning services, probably adding to 2 times per week.
The room is nice and well equipped but they do not come to change your towels to to redo your room. Coffee and tea are always available. The breakfast is simple but nice. The staff is polite. The location is not the best but it is very close to the metro.
The place was quite, friendly. I have stayed for about a month in there with my family. Size of the room was perfect. The view from the room was perfect,it was autumn time. And the laundry was include (washing and drying). The kitchen was included plates, fork, spoon and more
Stayed for one night. Friendly staff, easy access to parking. The room we had was very spacious. I didn't get a chance to check out the surrounding area as we arrived at night and checked out the next morning but the hotel itself is not bad.
Great place to stay while in Marseille, very clean, friendly staff, feels like home.Good for long term stay as you can cook your own food. There are laundry facilities on the main floor and a dishwasher in the apartment. There is a pastry shop 2 minutes away for fresh croissants etc...and many good restaurants around. Every morning there is a full really fun market just one street over. Well, can't wait to get back there. Oh you can take a 20 minute walk down to the port or catch the bus or tramway. The subway is 5 minutes away and two stops from the old port where there is lots of shopping and visiting to do.
When we first pulled up outside, we thought it looked like a hostel but were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our one-bedroom apartment. The amount of space felt luxurious after staying in hotels. We had a double bed (2 singles pushed together) in one room, a separate lounge room (sofa bed) with coffee table and writing desk, bathroom including bath, separate toilet, a small kitchenette including one drawer dishwasher and microwave plus a small balcony with table and chairs. The decor was simple and the lounge slightly uncomfortable but the wifi was great. Our package did not include breakfast but we happily chose to eat there every morning as the it was a good selection at a decent price. Thr hotel is centrally located within walking distance of several restaurants, cafes and the metro. The staff were excellent and even tried to organise a scuba dive for me...too bad the wind didn't cooperate.
very clean rooms, however balconies because they are outside are not cleaned so a bit dirty to say the least, Staff can not speak English very well except for one who was never there , doors slam in the hallways so contently being disturbed through the night. LOCATION NOT TO BAD... 20 MINS WALK TO BEACH AND HARBOUR....Streets very dirty in Marseilles (not the hotels fault)
Good place to be with family. Very good and kindly staff members and allways they are ready to help. Apartment was light and modern. We think that we come again on next month with my family to have a good holiday again.
