Nice hotel and location

Hotel was very clean and the downstairs lobby area very beautiful. The rooms were very basic with not enough storage. The breakfast was excellent ok. Not a lot of options and not executed well.

Good Riad, mixed feelings

We had mixed feelings with our stay at this hotel. We were initially given a nice room opposite the restaurant but it was too noisy every night till midnight, and during the day. We were then moved to the third floor room and this was a bit more private and quiet. However, the room had damp walls, rugs were dirty (like not been washed for years) and shower set up / cubicle was poor. Will water flowing into the rest of the bathroom floor, so we had to put towels. But we put up with it. The breakfast was good quality food and tasty. However, it was very much the same thing every day. It would have been good if they changed it and served more fruit. The Riad generally was beautiful, quite central to all the tourist sites and a 5-8 minute walk from Jamaa el-Fnaa square. The staff were excellent, kind, friendly and try hard to make sure guests were happy. Overall, I think I is a great place to stay, but we were a little disappointed with the rooms we were given.

I would avoid where possible. Staff were friendly and welcoming but this is one of the only compliments I could give this Riad. For a 3 night stay we only had hot water from the shower for 1 wash. The pressure of the water trickled out. Our room consisted of a very hard mattress and pillow and a rack with 6 hangers to hang our clothes on. No draws or shelves. There was a problem with the swimming pool, they were trying to fix it all day which meant laying by the pool was stressful. Due to the pool not working properly, water was cloudy and not particularly clean. Breakfast was nice but if you got there 30 minutes before closing they don’t refill what’s empty for you. Very disappointing - we didn’t choose our hotel wisely.

The staff is super efficient and they took extra care to make sure my stay was the most enjoyable. It's location, right in the middle of the Marrakech's Medina proved to be excellent to visit on foot.

Sehr schönes Hotel im modernen Riad Stil. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man ist zu Fuß direkt im geschehen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe gegeben. Es ist gibt Helfer, welche die Koffer durch die Souk ins Hotel bringen. Zimmer sind hellhörig, sprich man kann die Menschen außerhalb des Zimmers hören und umgekehrt. Was wir mit Zwei Kindern für überhaupt nicht schlimm empfunden haben. Alles in allem sehr nettes Personal und eine sehr angenehme Location. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Riad completo di tutto ciò che si vuole ma con piccoli handicap... 1) per pagare con carta devi per forza tornare alla reception dalla piscina e la trovo folle come cosa... 2) alla colazione ci sono i camerieri che non fai in tempo ad alzarti per prendere qualcos altro che già ti hanno sparecchiato e altri visitatori dell'hotel ti prendono il posto... 3) essendo un membro gold e vip access speravo di trovare la camera come da foto in descrizione...in realtà non era così... 4) per mangiare a pranzo o cena armatevi di pazienza perchè per una pizza ho dovuto attendere circa 35 minuti ( potevo capire ci fosse il discorso dell'impasto ma la caesar salad di mia mlglie non crddo ci voglia così tanto😂 ) Per il resto ragazzi...vi posso dire che sono ragazzi d'oro, sempre cordiali super professionali e gentili! Purtroppo le pecche ci sono ma è necessario anche confermare i punti di forza perchè non è da tutti dare supporto a persone che masticano poco l'inglese e che sono pronti a stampare anche il biglietto di ritorno in italia!

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Lage war perfekt. Direkt an einem Hauptverkehrsweg in der Medina. Dennoch war es extrem ruhig in der Unterkunft. Alles sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern dort. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann den fehlenden Fön im Bad.

Excellent stay in Palais Moulay Said. Ideally located a few minutes' walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa Square and the Bahia Palace. The location is perfect for exploring Marrakech on foot. The welcome was warm, the rooms comfortable, and the setting typical and peaceful. I highly recommend it!
