let me first start off saying this was one of the most beautiful hotels i have ever stayed in. Worthy of using some of your vacation pictures on. The room itself was simple. Huge issue with lighting. Lighting was so dim, we constantly used our mobile phone light for everything. insufficient electrical sockets. There were two, both used for dim lights. So no extras that you can use for charging your electronics. Noisy: anyone who walked passed the thin wooden door with gaps, you would feel they are speaking in your room. Every morning, staff would wake us up with their cleaning at 8am. They did not replenish the poor quality toilet paper regularly, having us to ask for it at front desk twice. There is a lot of staff floating around everywhere, but still getting requests attended to seemed to be a challenge. Cleaners left dirty shoe prints inside bathroom floor and shower. Staff was friendly, and hotel was beautiful. so if you can put up with other room related downfalls, then it is worth your business.
