Stayed here for three nights. Rooms are very dark and not enough light. Even with all lights turn out it was bleak. Bathroom always had a smell. Room and bathroom was clean when we checked in but daily turn over service was less than desirable as they never cleaned the floors and only made up the beds and changed towels. The walls and window were thin as we could hear people and cats every night until late. Room did not have a TV. Wifi was good. We found it not worth the money we paid for the family room.

This was a sensational Riad in the heart of Medina. A five minute walk from the fabulous Jemaa Al-Fna. The Riad is nothing short of stunning, the staff are attentive, rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast had a fabulous range which included the freshly cooked omelette station. They have a fabulous restaurant with an extensive menu, reasonably priced & lots to choose from. We visited the following nearby attractions, Jemaa Al Fna, Ben Youssef Madrasa, Le Jardin Majorelle, HotAir balloon ride & several roof top restaurants. All in all a fabulous establishment. The only minor criticism would be that they didn’t have tea/coffee making facilities

The hotel was in a vibrant location. Might not be for everyone as it was in a bustling old town location but we loved the culture. The interior decor of the location was also great. But the room was quite horrible. It felt like camping more than a hotel. Very cold floors. Bathroom very old, overflows, flush stopped for a bit. Hardly any amenities in the room such as absence of paper bin or enough lighting. There was a small mirror and the sink mirror and that's about it. No tea or coffee or even kettle in room. We had to go order some tea for £6! Just wate and tea! The walla are plastered which isn't a problem but on areas it looks really bad like damp. It could actually be damp I'm just hoping not. The general outside looks and the room has no similarity.

Everything was top notch except bathroom in the room. The sink didn’t have enough room to hold toiletries. The shower didn’t drain the water and it would puddle. The shower also needs shelves or something to hold shampoos and soap because keeping it on the floor is unhygienic. Also, there’s drop down floor to enter the bathroom and it was annoying and hazardous. Someone can easily fall and break bones. Other than that everything from hotel to food and service was top notch.
