Top top top in everything!
Great bed, and the personnel from the resort were always making the experience better.
The service at the pool for the entire week was non existent - at a hotel of this caliber where everyone doing their job but the pool staff, needs to be addressed. Overall it took what should have been a 5 star experience to a 4. Not good. Also - never did a manager / supervisor inquire as to how we were doing - it's as if they were to good to acknowledge the guests.
I was treated like a queen from sign in to sign out and everything in between. The facility is absolutely beautiful. It is upscale and true to the Four Season Brand. They have security throughout the hotel. The garden rooms have their own balconies with a gazebo and garden. Lovely to have your meals in if eating in. I was so spoiled and hated to leave. My return to Morocco and The Four Seasons Hotel is imminent one day. SIGH.
I saw the pics and thought it was going to be ok, but the truth is that the hotel is amazing. The rooms are perfectly clean, the bed is amazing and there was a balcony in my room with enough space to enjoy it and listen to the sounds of nature. It is not close to the medina, but the staff that is amazingly friendly and kind, will call a cab for you that will charge 5 euros or you can get a free ride from 6pm to 10pm to there. The hotel recommendations about the plans are perfect, and also if you want some luxury added to your trip, you can book transfers and tours using the elegant cars of the hotel for a fee that is not cheap but not too expensive for having a luxury car with local driver. If I return to Marrakech I will definitely stay at this hotel
Top notch service from the moment we arrived through check-out. The facility is beautiful and impeccably maintained. We loved the balcony nook for relaxing after a day of exploring Marrakech. It's not far from the airport or center of town, but far enough that you can escape the noise and relax.
Very good hotel from top to bottom. And staff was super nice
First class in everything. Location is a little bit outside the old city- good from a safety standpoint, but generally means you need a ride into town to do things. Room and staff were great, as was the food. We did the hammam experience at the spa- highly recommend letting someone else bathe you!
