I stayed at Four Seasons Marrakech with my daughter in the February half-term and loved everything about our stay here. The staff are all fantastic, particularly the Kids Club where my daughter was kept well entertained with a variety of different sporty and arty things to do each day, plus kids only parties in the evenings. The heated outdoor pool is brilliant for February when it's still too cold to swim in the unheated pools. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast had an amazing choice of freshly squeezed juices, cooked breakfasts and fresh fruit, bread etc. We dined one evening at Inara which was great and we loved the musicians that played each evening. The hotel's courtesy car is handy to get to and from restaurants in the evening. We visited the Buddha Bar which is very nearby at the Menara Mall and well worth a visit. Very much looking forward to staying here again soon!
Had a great stay here. Located 5 mins from the airport and 5 mins from the old city. Nice rooms and pool. The breakfast could be better, it felt a bit small. Staff very friendly. I recommend doing the Atlas mountains tour if you visit during jan/feb as they are snowed.
Our choice for staying here made our trip much better. The service was amazing with the most friendly staff in all areas. Highly recommend. It’s a beautiful resort and the food was excellent in all their 3 restaurants. One of our most favourite hotels now.
How many Miles can you Drive in a golfcar and how many high fives can you get when you is 3 years old - more than you ever Dream of when you are at Four Seasons in Marrakesh. Best week for our soon. Kids Club , heated Pools, very Child friendly staff.
We stayed At the four seasons to celebrate my sister in laws 40th birthday. There were 10 couples and the hotel was perfect for us. The pool was exceptional with great service to match. Breakfast was also good with a great celebration. The best part of any four seasons though is there beds and in particular their pillows!!! Look forward to coming back here again!!
Simply stunning hotel with beautiful rooms, which have great views of the Atlas Mountains, fabulous service , great facilities and superb food ( the breakfast is superb ) and the Italian restaurant is exceptional ( if you are visiting Marrakech and love Italian Food this is the place to eat)....Doesn’t get much better than this!RN
Marrakech surpreended my wife and myself by the clean of the streets and the safety feeling. The Four Seasons offered a such level of service outer its premises such as tour guides, concierge advisoring and transportation that made our stay phenomenal. The hotel by itself is just spetacular. Leila, Aziz the tour guide, the Azuzi driver and other members of the staff deserves to be cited.
Me and my boyfriend went for 5 days and stayed here and it really does keep you away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. The staff were amazing all the way from checking in to getting picked up to go back to the UK. The staff were very helpful, polite, attentive. They always asked if there's anything else they could do for us. Our rooms got cleaned 2-3 times a day which I've never experienced before. Overall, the service is FIRST class which was expected from Four Seasons. We were treated like VIPs! The rooms were very spacious and had everything you need. Only thing I didn't see was an iron and ironing board, maybe you needed to request for that. The beds were very comfortable and the bath was very deep which is very good for relaxing in. The coffees and teas were topped up twice a day which is great as both of us love coffee and tea. When we went, the weather wasn't very hot but we still managed to get a tan because of the balcony in our room and the sun was always facing us every morning and it felt like 25 degrees when outside is only 13. I think we just got lucky on this one. But yeah it was quite cold so a jacket was needed! We had breakfast included in our room and I would say that the breakfast is very good. There was a good selection of food for everyone to enjoy. A lot of nice pastries as I could imagine that its influenced by the french, they are very tasty! The fruit was so sweet and can I just point out that the freshly squeezed orange juice is just amazing there! The pool was heated but was still a little bit too cold to go swimming but the jacuzzi was fine. The ate at all the restaurants, the food was ok wasn't too bad I think that's what they need to improve on. Otherwise, me and my boyfriend had a lovely experience! We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would consider to stay again.
The hotel was first class and we were treated like royalty by the friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. They provided us with great restaurants and tours. They make sure you have fun but ensure that you are always safe.
we were there for a friends birthday, if you are going in a group then you need to inform them that you need rooms together. the breakfast is good one should always get it included in the package value for money. Spa is also a must try.
