Excellent. Loved it. Staff great. Location good. Large resort. Will visit again. Typical for Four Seasons. Very safe. Trips were arranged nicely. Have to rely on hotel to get Taxi if you really want taxi.

Hi. Well there were no real surprises the Hotel and grounds are very pleasant. After all it is a four seasons and across the world a successful combination of clean, spacious, well designed rooms and surroundings. With a similar build scheme to other four seasons. Sharm for example. The gardens are kept immaculately and the smell is amazing. Staff are five star and the food at the pool restaurant is really good. The tagine most acceptable! We did eat, however, in the lobby restaurant one night, the first. The food was pretty bland and for 130 gbp for two I expected a little more taste....more seasoning!! Couple of other things that maybe the Hotel should look at. Air con control doesn’t glow when you press the button so you have to find a light, if in the dark, which is near enough to light the dial and not wake your partner up. Maybe put an espresso coffee machine in the room? I like coffee and when spending a load of money on a room i don’t really expect to be drinking freeze dried regulation coffee. Fruit was never replaced and the walls of the room had dirty marks around the switches. Again not really what you’d expect. All in all an odd one really. Would I go back? I’m not really sure given the cost and the fact there’s a few little gremlins that need sorting. Better the devil you know, or, maybe go for a similar level of Hotel in Marrakech with a bit more Moroccan influence in the design and layout and see what that’s like.....hmmm. To be predictable or take a risk.......?? Thanks to all the staff. Unbelievable!

Visited on my birthday for lunch and an afternoon by the pool. Work in industry so had a show round of Hotel. Grand, discreet and elegant. Nice sized rooms and suites. Beautiful public areas, gardens and pools. Food excellent. Lovely oasis in the middle of busy Marrakech.

Our last two nights in Morocco and this Suite really luxury Two Bathrooms a bonus and the decor really spectacular. You escape here and the roses are beautifully arranged. We decided to have dinner in house and to be honest we were disappointed in the quality of the food after eating out over the six weeks we have been here. Slow service even though we were the only guests inside

A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and service. A real oasis of peace and quiet. The room was well equipped and decorated with a very good sized bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great health and fitness facilities too.

We stayed at Four Seasons Marrakech for 4 nights with 10 years old child. First I thought the location was a bit far from main square, but the moment we got off the taxi at the hotel, my thought about the location had forgotten. Check-in to check-out, everything was so smooth everyday. They did not disappoint us at all. We are already talking about going back to Marrakech and staying at Four Seasons.

That is everything I have been expecting from a 5 star hotel. The building is beautiful with a very nice garden. The suites are very comfortable and the service is perfect. It is the perfect retreat in Marrakech.

Went on a ladies long weekend away for my Mother’s Birthday. We were given inter-joining room, when you leave the main doors open it is like a suite. There were 5 of us. This hotel is superb in every way. Service, facilities, cleanliness, rooms - everything! I can not fault it. Wonderful.

We stayed 6 nights in October 2017 - with 3 kids: 16, 14, 10. This was our first visit to Marrakech and we had a great time. The hotel is terrific - really well run and everyone is very friendly. They had memorised us - and, for example, our evening drink preferences - by Day 2. The kids pool is good - with warm and cold options. Although it was UK half-term, it wasn't too busy. The weather was excellent. The hotel is a short taxi ride into Marrakech and they arranged a great dinner venue for us in the city. Our only gripe was that we weren't offered a breakfast-included option and the only option on-site was an expensive buffet - so we ended up just ordering room service breakfast for what we needed - which ended up much more cost effective. But overall we had an amazing time and we'll definitely return.

Lovit was good to relax and enjoy the sun, pool, food , and good mood. Would love to come again and the shopping and bazaar was exiting and new. Can’t wait to return to this fabulous town. Thank you to all
