Stayed from the 8th-15th Feb.2017. the staff were vary helpful at all times. The breakfast was vary nice and the orange juice was vary good. Its in a good position for seeing many places and if you want to walk to the souls give yourself 40mins or 30-40 drams in a cab about £4.00.

Location was perfect and the hotel was lovely. Hotel staff were so kind and polite and nothing was too much for them. Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food was good and there was a good choice. The head chef spoke to everyone and was open to suggestions. All in all a very good holiday however If there was one complaint is was the spa in which the steam room was never on and when it was you paid £10 for 30 minutes and had to leave within 30 minutes. I found this expensive and not guest friendly and the fact the masseuse was just a young girl with no experience who was roped in to massage my mother who was not happy to be massaged by a man. Hotel good, spa a rip off.

We hopped on a bus at the airport and paid 30Dm each and the bus driver dropped us off outside the hotel. A good location in the area of Gueliz; which is about a 30 minute walk to the main Medina area. The hotel has a good breakfast (included in the rate) and excellent buffet in the evening for 150DM. Several good restaurants close by and inexpensive too! We managed to eat out locally for about 60DM most evenings. I would return to the hotel as the staff and facilities were very good.

This hotel is in a fantastic area of Marrakesh. Lots of shops, restaurants and hammams near by. Not far from the airport a 15 min drive. The madina is about a 15min drive away and costs approx £4 in a taxi to get to. The Atlas mountains are around 1.5 hr drive. The hotel is very welcoming. The staff are lovely. When we got there we were given a room with out a balcony. Room 211. I asked if we could have a different room with a balcony and they changed us as soon as they could with out any fuss. The rooms were a really good size. They had a fridge, a safe, air con, a heater, bath and shower and a hair dryer. The hair dryer is not that powerful so if you have thick hair like me then it took ages to dry. The windows are very good as you do not hear the busyness of the city. The towels and bedding are changed daily and the towels Are lovely and soft. The pool area is lovely. The pool man is very attentive and brings you clean towels for the sunbeds and he will also take orders for drinks. As we were here the beginning of Feb there was almost nobody around the pool. The weather was lovely enough to sunbath. Our stay was for bed and breakfast. The breakfast starts at 6am until 10am. The waiters are very helpful if you need anything. The breakfast was the same everyday but you had a fair bit to choose from. Next door there is a restaurant. They do amazing burgers and fantastic smoothies. We went there almost e every evening. Yum. Across the road was a man called youseff he drove a black van taxi. He was fantastic he was like our own personal driver for the week. He was very cheap and would take you anywhere. He gave you a lot of info and was a lovely man. Very easy to get on with. So I highly recommend him to take you anywhere. Over all this hotel was great. The only reason. I gave it a 4/5 is because of the breakfast was the same everyday and we were put in a room with no balcony at first but other than those little things it would have been full marls

My husband and I have just returned home, and we still miss the hotel and its' wonderful staff. Everyone who works here went out of their way to make our holiday go smoothly and make it more memorable. We very much enjoyed the food as well, which was varied and tasty. Local cuisine which we enjoyed very much each time we ate in the hotel whether it was breakfast lunch or dinner. We also used the Hammam and spa and found it excellent and good value. Although the pool is unheated, this is the same as we have found in other countries and it didn't surprise us that it was cold in January! But the pool surrounding was enjoyable to sit in the sun and relax. Wifi most of the time was good enough to use in the hotel room without having to sit in the lobby. Only when the hotel was very busy and at peak times of the day was it slow - that was when it was time to read my book!

i booked for a party of 8 people. When we arrived the staff members where very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The hotel accommodation was very clean and tidy and the food was very nice. I used the Spa and I felt so relaxed afterwards. The hotel is so central, close to shops and other main amenities. Easy bus ride to the Medina was very pleasant. my only reservation was that you had to pay to use the safe. I have just returned from Marrakech and i am looking to book again for august/September with the same hotel. Trust me, you wont be disappointed.

We stayed for one night on 1st Jan 2017. We paid £127-00 for a quad room so good value for 4 people for one night. Hotel was relatively pleasant however rooms were tired and could do with updating. Breakfast was a buffet and pretty standard - fine if you like Moroccan food but not if your kids are fussy. Avoid room facing the street, it can be noisy. We got woken up by rubbish collection trucks reversing at 06:00. Also important to watch the head porter - he is dishonest. We booked a taxi to take us to the airport on Mon 2nd Jan, which the hotel told us would cost 20 DH. The head porter insisted we pay him the 20 DH to give to the taxi driver. I refused as it seemed odd. When we got into the taxi, the driver informed us that fare was 10 DH and that the hotel's head porter had told him to come back to the hotel when he'd dropped us off and to give him 10 DH (£10) of the 20 DH fare. The taxi driver was a lovely chap and told us it was hard to make a living when people like the head porter overcharge hotel clients so he can take a cut .... beware fellow travellers ....

On the plus side: The room size is excellent, the pool area is good and enough of a sun trap for you to sunbathe in December, the spa is good and so are the breakfasts On the negative side: The heating in the rooms is inadequate. Despite the warm days it gets very cold in the evenings and early mornings. At best the aircon/heater unit in the room only takes the chill off the room rather than actually heating it. The wifi is dreadfully slow, in fact so slow a lot of mails, pages and apps time-out instead of loading. No bar. You can order a drink in the hotel lobby but you have to go to the restaurant and ask a waiter to come out, and its cold in the lobby as they keep the main door open. They also stop serving drinks very early. There's a small area with seats on the other side of the restaurant which they could easily open up for guests. The buffet evening meal isn't up to much. Fair enough its only a buffet, the selection for starters is good, but they could provide something better for main courses than the 'slop' on offer. Its a shame because fixing these points wouldn't take much and would provide a much better customer experience.

Stayed at this hotel in december with my boyfriend and another couple. The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming - they booked a table at a busy morrocan restaurant for us as we were unable to get in the first night, provided towels by the pool, helped sorting out a taxi for our early flight home and were just generally really really friendly. Room itself was nice and had a balcony looking over the pool- some times smelled a bit drainy, but other than that great. Hotel location was good, about a 30 min walk to the market square but very close to the shops. Would reccommend.

Nice bedrooms and really well located, close to the downtown and you can fin a lot of restaurants and bars next to the hotel. The swimming pool is relaxing and clean, but it's not heated. All the employees are looking for any problem you have and try to solve it. The breakfast was the one with more variety that we found in all our trip in morocco. The only problem is that the facilities are kind of old and it looks like that, specially with the elevator. I'll strongly recommend this hotel.
