Location is excellent at Riad Lyla. We were 2 females travelling together and felt safe coming and going as it is located in a busy, well lit area, although down a small side alley so nice and quiet once inside. The souks and main square are just a 3-5 minute walk. The staff at the riad are kind and attentive, and the evening meal we had there was very tasty. The rooms were comfortable and certainly well worth the price we paid. It was raining while we were there so we didn’t get much opportunity to enjoy the lovely roof terraces and their views of the medina. The management look to be refreshing the decor a bit which should make it even nicer.

What an amazing find this Riad was! The service received was exceptional from all of the staff, right from before we arrived and continuing throughout our stay. The room was absolutely gorgeous and included everything we might need, clean and very roomy and comfortable. The courtyard was an amazing place to sit and have mint tea and Moroccan biscuits, and the roof terrace gave us amazing views of the red city and the Atlas Mountains. Set down a small alley near the Souks and only about 10 minutes walk from the main square, it was amazingly peaceful and quiet yet so close to all we needed. The meal prepared for our arrival was delicious (thank you Fatima!) and the breakfasts really lovely, lots to eat and sit and relax before the busy day ahead. I would highly recommend this Riad, we would like to return to Marrakech one day soon and will stay here again. Thank you to all the staff who made us so welcome and were so attentive and helpful.

Charming riad in heart of it all

Super cute riad with all the charm you could hope for. The staff is very attentive and even the breakfast is great. A little chilly inside( but its november in north africa) and they will give you all the blankets ya need, would recommend to anyone and will probably be back myself. The location is right in the middle of the dizzying bits of marrakech I adore so leaving the souks and returning to this quiet little oasis is a dream!!

Great Riad with Friendly Staff /　素敵なスタッフのいるリアド

Beautiful Riad and friendly staff. Staff was coming to pick me up from the main gate facing the street at night when I arrive at Marakkesh. After checking in, he explains major sports for sight seeing and suggest activities to enjoy there. Plus they have wonderful breakfast to enjoy flesh start of a day. One of bad thing about this hotel is that Wifi Signal is not strong enough to use internet conformably at the own room but can use it at Lobby. 非常にフレンドリーなスタッフによる大通りでの出迎えから始まり、マラケッシュの主要観光場所の提案またはアクティビティー等を丁寧に説明してくれるリアドです。朝ご飯は好きな時間に用意してくれ、リアド内の木々や中庭を見ながら気持ちよく朝御飯を楽しむ個度ができました。 唯一の改善点として、Wifiのシグナルが弱く共用エリアでは問題ありませんでしたが部屋に戻るとネットに繋がらない時がありました。お勧めのリアドです。

Riad Lyla is BEAUTIFUL! The courtyard type area was perfect for having breakfast every morning, which was very delicious. The room was also beautiful and the rooftop has amazing views that also include a view of the Koutoubia Mosque. The area was also perfect, basically 2 minutes walk into the souks and a comfortable 20-25ish minutes walk to places like the Bahia Palace and the Badi Palace. Overall, I loved the stay!

Best Accommodation Yet

Read Lyla: simply amazing stay. My partner and I have travelled to many countries before & certainly of the accommodation types we have experienced Riad Lyla is an absolute standout. The location is prime, offering a very tranquil and cool hideaway amongst the bustling heart of the medina. Whether relaxing on the terrace or beside the pool the beautiful setting makes you feel like your at a home away from home. Above all the service of Lyla is what my partner & I appreciated the most. Between Dominique & Ridhuan everything was effortless or 'as you like' - even offering to book my birthday dinner at recommended restaurant close by. I would highly recommend this Riad to all. Thank-you Dominique for making our stay at Lyla so memorable, looking forward to our next visit hopefully soon!

Beautiful Riad and lovely staff

I chose Riad Lyla because it didn't have any negative reviews on Tripadvisor, now I completely understand why. Hotel location is great, everything nearby. the Riad is beautiful. The room I had was lovely, the baldaquin bed was super comfy. The staff ( Radouan, 2 x Fatima, Kamel) are very nice and always happy to assist. The home made breakfast made by the lovely Fatima is delicious. I met Dominique just briefly but he was very friendly.

Riad Lyla Marrakech.

I stayed at Riad Lyla for 8 days and it was very nice. The staff were very friendly and professional in the same time. Breakfast consisted in omlette, some kind of pancakes, fruits and yogurt and a glass of fresh orange juice + tea or coffee at your choice. You can request tea or coffee with biscuits any time of the day. The rooms are all decorated in Moroccan style. The Riad is close to the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa. It is a very nice riad and I am glad to recomend it.
