When we first got there, our first thought was this is a beautiful room. It's a clean facility, the room was really nice (although the shower was tiny), and the location was great. The breakfast was good. The service was great....except after we checked out. After we checked out, we started receiving messages of pictures of items they were accusing of us breaking. They told us we had to pay for it and I refused so they said they can call the police and we can handle it with them so I told them go ahead because I know for sure we are NOT guilty of breaking anything. They said we broke a ceiling lamp that we cannot even reach. One was above the bed and one above the bedside table. They even said we took the broken lamp and placed it on the counter. That is definitely NOT true since we had all our small belongings on that table the entire time so there was definitely no room for a lamp. To us, it seemed that someone probably went to clean the room after we left and broke it and decided to put the blame on me and my family.
This totally ruined the end of our trip since we spent hours in their lobby waiting for the police that never came. I doubt they even called them. The woman host was VERY rude to us after this incident and she just kept forcing the issue that WE are the ones that broke it.
The male host, Youness came in the evening and he definitely backed us up. He believed us and did not place any blame on us. I would give him a 10 star for his service and character.
