This Riad is a magical experience from check in to check out. Staff went above and beyond— from packing us a to go breakfast the day we left to opening up breakfast early on a day that we had a early tour. We really enjoyed staying at this property. We would suggest scheduling a transfer with them as they will meet you at an entrance point and walk you to the riad. In a perfect location tucked away from the chaos but accessible by foot.

Our time at the Riad Kaya was excellent. They arranged the airport collection and met us at the taxi drop off in the Medina so we didn’t get lost. Staying at Riad Kaya made our stay in Marrakech extra special. We were given a warm welcome from the onset from Chouaib, who was beyond kind and helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean throughout and the breakfast offering was both generous and delicious. Chouaib also makes the best Moroccan tea! Once we were familiar with the location, the route to the Main Street was straightforward and safe. We will definitely be visiting Riad Kaya again!

We have had a wonderful stay at Riad Kaya and would highly recommend it. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakesh, walking distance to the attractions that we wanted to visit and close to the pick up points for the tours that we booked. It was amazing how quiet Riad Kaya was when so close to everything- a little oasis to retreat back to. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and offered a great breakfast. So glad we chose to stay here for an authentic experience rather than an out of town hotel with expensive taxi rides in to visit the old town.

Our stay at Kaya was fantastic. Anas was very kind upon our arrival and provided complementary Moroccan tea which was delicious. He also took the time to answer all our questions, gave a preview of must see sites in Marrakech. Overall a great experience.
