This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are large and well appointed. The linens are high end, the bathrooms are deluxe and our balcony was huge (l think we got the nicest one I could see). Khadija, at the concierge desk, went out of her way to send her hotel shuttle to carry us to our next hotel when they refused to come pick us up. Such kindness makes your vacation so pleasant. All the hotel staff was beyond courteous and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Location couldn’t be more perfect - it is just a 5-10min walk to Jemaa-el-fnaa which means you can be in the midst of the Médina-magic whenever you want but can also easily walk back to take a breather from the heat or the crowds. Right next to the hotel is a government Artisanal Complex - nearly fixed price shops selling all manner of textiles, ceramics, pottery, jewelry, music instruments, clothes, etc - better quality and a lot easier to do souvenir shopping than in the souks! Rooms: We were at a Junior Suite overlooking the pool. Room was spacious and comfortable. They had funny minor quirks though - if you go out to the balcony and close the door behind you you’ll get locked out so they recommend to keep the door open when in the balcony! Also the minibar was empty and you had to order it like you would order any other room service (making the point of having a minibar redundant)! Food and service: Room service menu is a bit limited but acceptable. Breakfast in the restaurant was great. Again however they are a bit quirky - a la carte breakfast can only be ordered from the room and not in the restaurant which was a bit weird. But food quality was great and staff service everywhere was excellent! Us not knowing French was a bit of a barrier but nothing significant as most staff spoke excellent English. The hotel is a solid 4-Star property but given that it charges 5-Star prices we expect it to step up on the finer touches. Having said that it was a great place for a 3-night stay and we’ll likely consider staying here again.

The Hotel is at the edge of the Medina, short walk, quite and with a wonderful large pool, Rooms are large, very clean. The main thing was the hospitality. This was real great. We had a very convenient stay. All the time again.

This is one of the best hotels I have been in! Khadija the chief concierge and Linda go over & beyond to make the hotel feel like my home. They also will happily make any needed travel, tour and culinary reservations. I have been going there for the past 4 yrs & will always stay there! My stay is always a positive and memorable experience and I recommend it to everyone I speak to. There is no reason to go anywhere else! They know how to take care of their guests!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a couple, could've easily stayed a week! A great position - 5 minutes walk into Medina and 15 minutes walk into new town feels like a little oasis in Marrakech. The hotel itself is great - beautiful entrance, rooms big and clean, staff super helpful and friendly answering any questions, helping us with transport and on our check out having access to pool all day as well as the spas showers! Can't wait to return!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom Ryad here and it was fantastic. The bedrooms however were located upstairs on the 2nd and 3rd floor. If you are older or have a problem with stairs then this is not a good option. The outside area was quaint and the pool was great for soaking but not swimming. It did come with butler service but we rarely used it. The rooms were spacious, updated and clean. Breakfast every morning was good. We spent a lot of time by the hotel pool relaxing. It was quiet and very nice. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

This hotel couldn't have been more perfect. Every member of staff gave 5star service. It was superb. Many members of both families and lots of friends all stayed here - everyone enjoyed it. I stayed on for a further 4 nights after most of the wedding party left. The butler service was just first class I will definitely return to Marrakesh and to the Le Noura

I had the good fortune to stay a week and my guest experience, start to finish, was the among best I've ever had anywhere. The hotel is most definitely modern Marrakech, but the location in the Medina puts you right in the middle of the culture, and gives Le Nauora a very cool combination of the new and the old. Special thanks to the Concierge Manager who is an incredible leader, and an even better person. In fact, everyone at the hotel was fantastic! The breakfast pastries are a major highlight... The spa too

La Naoura is a 5 star hotel located inside the Medina of Marrakech. This location makes it a good starting point for walks inside the Medina: Center Artisanal, Jema El Fna, Soukh, Kasbah etc…. If your condition is OK you can even adventure into the modern city walking from your hotel. The service we received was outstanding. Very helpful and with a smile. The swimming pool is large and the deck chairs are of good quality. If you want to do your daily tracks do them in the width so you have a turning wall at both sides. Towels are given at the pool. Breakfast is plenty and with a large choice of cold and warm food. Actually it is more a brunch buffet then a breakfast one. Rooms are OK but we had some minor issues. F.i. the shower tap to tune the water temperature is behind the shower. So you get hot or cold water on your back when adjusting the temperature. Also the access to the tub could be a problem for less flexible people. Finally the system to switch on the different lights is very complex and needs a study before you go to bed, otherwise when you have to go for a leak at night you might wake up your partner turning on the wrong lights… Advice: have the hotel organize your transport to and from the airport , otherwise you could be charged too much by the taxis at the airport Overall a recommendable hotel.

Such a lovely hotel - the private Ryad was a fantastic choice for a family. Allowed us the freedom to be private and sociable. Well kept Ryad. Professional service. My family are currently enjoying their first experience of morocco and I'm happy I picked this hotel and went for the private ryad. In truth it's too big for us but we prefer the additional option. My personal thoughts - pros and cons Cons: the kids club isn't opened and looks a little thin. Alittle misleading with the advertising. The playground is minimum. Housekeeping is irregular with their timing and not consistent with the level of attention they provide. For example today we stayed in to enjoy the pool all day and they were very good. On other days when we have been out the level of service hasn't been the same. Nevertheless still great and when you call they responded asap. Menu expensive especially the breakfast. I don't mind paying when your in a luxury hotel but the breakfast offering was very limited and a little disappointing - We had cold watery eggs 😳 the hotel could do more to entertain its guests - traditional live music would be great. Small choice of restaurants and not signed very well. Have no idea where the gym is and the hamman. Pros: The staff are very friendly and attentive. Good location, short walk from the famous market "Jemma El Fin" and a taxi and horse carriage service literally around the corner. Hotel is well kept and gives you that "hidden paradise" feeling. But with the private pool you have all the fun you need. I would revisit but come with a bigger group. Will spend the next few days exploring the hotel and what it has to offer further and of course Marrakesh!!!!
