Très bruyant, à mon arrivée il y avait déjà des travaux et ceci tous les jours à partir du matin 8h30 et c'était très pénible . Pour ce qui est de l'intimité ce n'est pas vraiment le top, dans l'appt il y a un puits d'air pour faire passer la lumière qui donne directement accès au voisin du dessus et c'est très gênant, car si nous les entendons parler à contrarions c'est la même chose.Par contre, le soir c'est très calme et l'endroit est sécurisant, les voisins (à l'entrée du parking)) sont très aimables.
