On arrival we were made to wait 30minutes for our rooms, as i don't think our rooms were ready. We were not even offered anyy refreshments whilst waiting. We had booked a family holiday for a group of 6 and were not even placed together, rooms were about 10 rooms apart. This already set off the holiday to a not so great start! The facilities in the room itself, well what can I say. We had a broken toilet seat and broken shower head which was leaking everywhere. Although the showered was replaced when requested. We also had a little visitor in the form a mouse amongst other little friends- cockroaches and mosquitos in the hotel. My sons were covered in gigantic bites. The smell of sewage was constantly evident. We also had to move room twice due to the smell and mouse. We booked in for the spa treatment, Hammam, massage and Spa. It was definitely an experience. As the staff decided to offer themselves treatments in amongst ours and we were left waiting. On disclosure of this to the Public Relations officer we were offered free treatments for the group. This was a much better experience and the spa staff were good, particularly the masseuse I had. Overall, the experience is not something I would wish to repeat. I was really looking forward to this trip and sadly feel let down by the hotel experience.

On arriving to our rooms we were greeted with smell of sewage. We were a group of 6 people and they hadn't even bothered to put our rooms together, this factor could have been overlooked had it been the only downside. We also had cockroaches and mice running around the room and the pillows were dirty with stains. Having to switch rooms on more than one occasion had already gotten our holiday off to a bad start. We also booked in to use the spa facilities (hamam) which to say the least was not a pleasant or worthwhile experience; the ladies who carried it out took it upon themselves to have their own hamam treatment while doing ours which i thought was extremely unprofessional, and moreover we were left waiting for them to finish their own before we could finish ours. After complaining we received free treatments which the second time round was a better experience however did not compensate for the previous shenanigans. The pool was the only decent thing at this hotel but it was let down by the fact it shut at 7pm! In terms of entertainment it is very lacking and not much of an lively energy to the hotel. Not to forget the never ending trips to the front desk because the room cards continuously stopped working. To note there is a shuttle provided by the hotel which runs every couple of hours, it does get crowded but it is free of charge. To summarise, this hotel is not worth the 4 stars and not worth your money. Adams Park hotel is across the road and I've heard better things about it.

Hotel: Me and my family stayed in 3 rooms (6 people). We had to change rooms 3 times to get away from the smell of raw sewage, mice, cockroaches and insects that bite hard (no mice cockroaches or biting insects outside of the hotel) - But we still could not get away from it. We had to complain many times before we were given new rooms. The staff do not care and are not very helpful. The sink in my last room was leaking, but I had to tell them 2 times before they fixed it. The pool was ok, but not heated and cold, and closed at 7pm. The bar was empty and very quiet. This is mostly a hotel for elderly people (50+ years) Breakfast was standard. The free shuttle bus is outdated and old compared to those offered at other hotels. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The tried to bribe us with free hammam and massage treatments to give them a good review here on trip advisor - I suspect that's why they have good reviews generally here on trip advisor. The spa was ok, but standard - and normally looks pricey considering the alternatives. DO NOT STAY AT ANY OF THE MOGADOR CHAIN HOTELS - PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT. Alternative hotels: If you wish to stay in the Agdal area, Adam's Park Resort and Spa and Palm Plaza are next door - both are similarly priced and VERY nice with many more facilities! We tried to change hotels but they were fully booked. Les Jardins De'Agdal is next door as well, but more expensive (5 star). If you are going to Marrakesh for the first time, you might also consider staying in the Gueliz area, which is more lively.

Hy we spent à good holiday in Mogador kasbah with my familly the hôtel was good All the staff are Nice espacialy the réception staff the room are beautifful and confortable and breakfast is good Thanks for every one and i hope too come again

Lovely hotel Staff were very friendly especially Adnane the receptionist he was very helpful & corporate. The pool was clean . Nice food in the restaurant . Good mall 5 mins up the road. good location and a very good hotel for all the family the wifi no so good The price was affordable for the comfort and quality offered.

Another fantastic stay at your lovely hotel. The rooms are large and clean, set within beautiful surroundings, close to the local sights. Jemma al fana is a short taxi ride away and/or one can take the regular, complimentary shuttle bus to the square. The airport is close by, which is incredibly handy. Staff are friendly and hospitable, especially Mehdi at the front desk. He was incredibly welcoming, warm and helpful. Leila was great and arranged spa treatments for me, that I thought were reasonably priced. Siyam, the spa therapist was excellent. Breakfast, each day, was fresh and delicious. Khadija, made fresh lem sim min each morning and would always have a smile on her face. We can not fault our stay and will be returning to your hotel. Thank you for another wonderful stay in Marrakech.

Nice and lovely and very clean hotel , food was nice, full breakfast with everything cafe Moroccan tea and different types of bread and jus , lovely staff , big and clean swimming pool , and free parking

Lobby & common areas were not air conditioned, but it was a beautiful space. Nice pool, but no towel service. Location was in tourist zone, I would suggest staying nearer to the medina. Food was decent and room was clean.

Brilliant stay at this lovely hotel. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you and make you feel really welcome. This is my fourth visit to this hotel and I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The apartment was large and clean. The bedroom had a comfortable large bed and was very spacious. The bathroom was also big but very basic. Staff were warm and welcoming and we were greeted with a glass of the delicious mint tea served everywhere in Marrakech. The hotel offer a basic continental breakfast for €6. The pool was very nice and in March, it was very quiet.
