No where did anyone say when we booked that the hotel had its pool and hot tub drained. Why was this not stated anywhere? Also lady at desk when I called to verify the reservation was very rude. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom.
This was the worst hotel we have stayed at. The manager was AWFUL and charged me $250 for "smoking in the room" after we left.... and we dont even smoke. I have reached out to customer relations and still have not heard anything. This hotel was BAD. The breakfast was barely edible, the staff was disgustingly rude every minute of the 5 days we were there, we paid for a jucuzzi suite and our tub wasnt working (they didnt offer to even switch our room or offer a discount). It was just BAD all the way around. I will never stay in another Americinn or Wyndham hotel.
Hotel and room were clean but room smelled musty and had a strong mildew smell. Front desk said all they could do was give us an air freshener. Will not stay at this hotel again.
Liked the shower and the quiet location.
property was very clean inside and outside. Rooms were large with more than enough space. Everything inside was well kept. Breakfast choices were good. Would highly recommend the property to others I know and would stay there again if in the area.
