Included within the villa rental is free use of the Polaris ATV 4 wheel drive buggy.

Brogan Villa accommodates 10 Guests within 5 Bedrooms across two floors, all with full WiFi access. The Villa is fully alarmed with an Electric Gate entrance.

Ideal for large family holidays as both floors are fully self contained.

Upstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining area, sitting room and three bedrooms.

- Bedroom 2 has a Kingsize Bed or can be arranged as 2 twin beds

The access to Brogan villa is slightly bumpy so prepare for a slightly off road approach on your way down!

Guest may pre order groceries and supplies for delivery prior to arrival.
Rental includes a housekeeper 3 days a week, pool and garden maintenance, basic household items and full use of the Polaris ATV Buggy 24/7.

Cyrus, our House Manager is on hand for all your needs. Airport transfer can be arranged, as can many wonderful island tours. Car rental delivered right to your door can also be arranged. A chef is available upon request.

From a personal point of view the villa is ideal for family holiday getaways as it allows 10 people the space to be together but also have some space apart with the benefit of the downstairs accommodation being completely self contained. We have found this works well when friends have stayed and also other relatives.

"Broken Villa"The following issues occurred during our visit:A broken toiletA leaky refrigeratorA leaky washing machineSecurity system not workingElectrical gate not working.Different bed sizes than listed.Limited housekeeping (Not as advertised)Pool turned green and was unusable for a portion of our stay. No running water one day. An air conditioner in one bedroom that worked inconsistently. No air conditioning in common areas. ATV breaks down often.The converter provided at the home blew out our hairdryer (only one working converter provided)No access to drinkable water (water came out brown at one point), which is critical to know in advance as visitors.Secluded beach is known as a place where people have been mugged.Driving services were very expensive 35-50 per person for each drive. We found another government certified driver that was 1/2 the price.Our group of 10 does NOT recommend this stay.

Great trip

This property was perfect for us. We were a group of 5 women who have been friends since elementary school celebrating a big birthday. The house was perfect for us as we each had a bedroom, the Polaris gave us access to nearby restaurants and the beach as well as exploring the neighborhood. Nigel was wonderful driving us when we we needed to go to the grocery store, etc. and keeping us informed. We were happy we hadn’t rented a car as the roads are terrible and unmarked. We did do a one day Land and Sea Tour which picked us up locally and we went through the rain forest, snorkeled, saw the waterfall, mud baths, and bat cave. Everyone we met was lovely. Loved the local restaurants - Villa, JJ’s and Chateau Mygo. Doolittle's had decent food but the service was terrible but we did use their ferry and beaches.

Best stay ever!

We all are world travelers and I have to say this was one of the best stays we have ever had during our vacation! Debbie was extremely helpful and prompt with responding to any questions we had before our trip and trust me we had so many! Nigel (our beloved driver/tour guide/local friend) was also very easy to contact via WhatsApp and he made our trip extra wonderful. He just went above and beyond to take us around St. Lucia to show us all the wonderful places and recommend the best places to eat, take us shopping at Massy wherever we requested. Nigel you were the best! We also enjoyed talking to Zarious who was the Gardner at the property and just so welcoming and friendly. He and Nigel teamed up to bring over some local food that was prepared by a local chef to the property and made sure we properly enjoyed the local flavors. We are very thankful to the whole team at this property and would highly recommend Brogan Villa to anyone visiting St. Lucia.

Lovely host but villa and location were just ok

The villa owner is really lovely and very responsive to any questions. Unfortunately there were too many issues with the villa to give it more than 3 stars. The AC in a couple of the rooms kept breaking, the refrigerator needed to be repaired while were there, the oven did not work, there were dishes left in the drying rack from the previous guests when we arrived, etc. There is a small shady cove nearby that offers pretty good snorkeling but you will definitely need water shoes to get past the sharp rocks on the shoreline out into the water, and you will need to bring your own snorkel equipment.The Polaris that was provided with the villa was perfect because it was definitely needed to get to Marigot Bay.

8 of us stayed at the villa, lots of space. Beautiful villa. Everything was as stated. Kitchen had everything you needed. Nigel, the house manager was fantastic and has a wealth of knowledge regarding St Lucia. Zarius was also very helpful, along with Natalie. All st Lucians are kind and caring. Beautiful house off the beaten path

We had a wonderful end to our holiday at Brogan Villa. We spent the first 7 days on a boat and finished with 4 days in the house. Easy access to restaurants, with easy drive to a local grocery store. The kids loved the pool and the house was a great size for two families. Great communication with Nigel and Debbie. We would definitely recommend this house for your vacation here.

Very beautiful villa in Marigot

The villa was gorgeous. Short walk or side by side ride down to the cove with the BEST snorkeling. You can swim to the next beach over if you are a good swimmer. Cyrus, the house manager, was so awesome. He cooked for us one night, I definitely recommend doing that. The house has two pools. Would stay again!

Hot Mess

House needed much up keep. No A/C in lower bedroom for stay. Reported 1 st day not fixed till last night. Clogged drain in master shower which caused water to cross the floor flooding the bathroom. Grill is charcoal and there was no lighter fluid. Made for a challenging cook out. Snorkel gear and fishing rods all broken and old. Cyrus and Nigel were nice and helped as much as possible. Felt safe at house and Marigot Bay Area. Sea spray cruise private catamaran was great. Requested host for partial refund for A/C issue and have not received any response yet.

Beautiful Island/Great home, location, and service with so many fun things to do!

We booked this vacation with our 3 kids and their spouses. This VBRO house made it easy to spend a full week with the family. Staying in one house allowed us to play games, have meals together, swim every evening, and have lots of good family time. We brought our own snorkeling gear and could easily take the ATV to Trou Rolland beach and swim in a lovely cove with lots of coral and fish. We went on adventures around the island daily and this house was in a very convenient spot. It was nice being so close to Marigot Bay. We Kayaked from Marigot Bay to Roseau River – the mangrove forest we paddled through made it the best kayaking ever. We went deep sea fishing and caught a Tuna and a king mackerel. Marigot Bay was a great place for dinner – we ate out most nights in a variety of restaurants. The house was well equipped, and each bedroom had an air conditioner to keep the bedrooms cool at night. We really appreciated that! Our host was wonderful. She helped us by arranging transportation to and from the airport. And set up rental cars which were delivered to the house. She had great contact information for questions pertaining to the house.

Brogan Villa

Just amazing. Can’t fault Brogan Villa. Debbie, Cyrus, Nigel, and Natalie are a great team and make you feel welcome from the moment you step off the plane. The local beach is perfect. Marigot Bay, so close and easy to get to. You don’t need to use the Polaris to get to the beach (it’s so close), but it was very useful to pop down the hill to Marigot Bay. The Villa (close by) was an excellent place to eat, in or takeaway, they will even come and get you from Brogan. A meal cooked by Cyrus is a must, as is a sailing trip with Bateau Mygo, a trip our family will never forget. Many happy memories our family will cherish forever, we loved everything about Brogan Villa, didn’t want to come home and would love to visit again sometime.

An overdue review, we stayed two weeks in March, personal issues have dominated our lives since the trip. Awesome time, our second in Marigot Bay, we stayed at another place in 2018. Loved all the staff, special shout out to Zarius (spelling?) who helped me recover from a knee injury and is such a great guy. Fine place, good location. Two comments to the negative. Take the 4-wheeler off as a listed amenity until WHEN and IF it is repaired. Second would be to make it clear that Nigel’s ride service to and from the airport is NOT part of the package. When you say in messaging he’ll take us to and from with no mention of expense and then say we can utilize his services “for day trips at additional expense”, it indicates his airport transport is part of the package. I hardly had enough to pay him at the airport. Otherwise good.

It is a beautiful location in the middle of private area. Very quiet just a few steps to the private beach. Very nice house clean, beautiful kitchen bedrooms, bathroom, outdoor pool. Management is always very helpful. He can cook he can accommodate anything you need. I would highly recommend it for everybody.

Amazing location! Great views , beautiful house!

We had a lovely stay! There are multiple floors with a master on each of the two levels. AC worked amazing in each bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Driver was prompt and friendly getting us from the airport. Cyrus was fantastic as well, he is the house maintenance. Debbie was super friendly and really quick for communicating any questions. We will absolutely stay again someday!!!

Brogan Villa Blessed

This villa lives up to expectations! Upon arriving we were blown away by the beauty of the villa and it’s surroundings. We traveled with our three grown children. Each had their own room, showers for each room are huge. Be cautious with adjusting the water temp. It took us a couple showers to acclimate to its temperament. It gets very hot! We loved the wooden shutters all over the house.To open those in the morning to that view is spectacular! The view from the lanai is breathtaking! Cyrus will warn you about leaving food out, these cheeky little birds come through the blinds to visit, & will nibble on anything not covered. We found it charming. The two pools are lovely. The little cove is beautiful and was empty every time we visited, except for once. Natalie, the housekeeper, was sweet & helpful. Now, about Nigel, if you do not utilize him for driving & suggestions for outings, eating, you are missing out. He picked us up from the airport for the approx. 1 hour trip to villa. The roads are twisty, to say the least. Along the way he pointed out interesting sights, stopped for a beautiful overlook by Dennary, & took us to Massey grocery store. He was spontaneous with us, and a joy! He’s the best! Our fave thing was taking a small boat from Soufriere to Sugar Beach. The snorkeling is amazing & you are right in the middle of the Gros Pitons! The Villa Restaurant overlooking Marigot Bay is delish! Hiking the Pitons is not for faint of heart! We were in Heaven at Brogan Villa!

Excellent for a relaxing time

The property is lovely, very private, great for the family with plenty of communal space inside and out , (small) swimming pool and comfortable beds, well-maintained grounds with banana and coconut trees. It is open and airy due to the unusual (in our experience) but very functional glassless shuttered windows, ceiling fans and large open balcony with views to the sea. Beds have mosquito nets but mosquitoes were not much of a problem despite there having been a lot of rain. Be prepared to share the kitchen and balcony with very (too?) friendly finches - clear surfaces of food inside and out! The kitchen(s) are well equipped but could do with a refresh of some utensils (knives, can openers) - we mostly ate in. The house is within 10 minutes (down a rocky path) to a secluded (stony) snorkeling beach, and located near enough (with a relatively strenuous up- and downhill walk of 10-15 minutes) to Marigot Bay where there are bars and restaurants, water sports and a beach. It is a one hour (round trip) walk to a convenience store, so transport is really needed though we liked the exercise. The Polaris vehicle was not serviceable when we were there as it was waiting for new tires. Nigel the taxi driver was great, responsive and knew the property well (good because the property manager Cyrus was less available) as well as providing all airport transfers and a day trip to a super beach under the Pitons. Water sports in Marigot bay include Fair Helen Diving (recommended) at Doolittle's restaurant (not recommended) who organized a great scuba trip for us, and sailing charters (fairly expensive). The housekeeper Natalie was very helpful and kept the place clean and laundry up to date. We would give 5 stars except for (not really problematic) a few of the towels could do with being replaced, remotes for the TV and A/Cs that didn’t work or were missing, furniture and furnishings that needed repairs, and there were lots of great DVDs but no working DVD player. None of which detracted from a very relaxing time.

Great property - roads not for the faint hearted!

The property worked well for us - almost with separate upstairs and downstairs sections, but lots of communal space and balcony seating to enjoy the gorgeous view. The pool isn't huge, but perfect for our needs, and the house keeper and other staff were always available to assist and support. The property is definitely more remote than some, so take this into account as you plan!

Fabulous location!!

Nigel was waiting at the airport and was an absolute WONDER to have as a guide and driver!! We never wanted for a single thing while he was around! He stopped at the MOST beautiful and scenic areas for us to take pictures, drove us to the Castries market, and so so much more. He truly made our stay incredible! Cyrus found us lobster out of season for our last night’s dinner and was a pleasure to meet. Natalie was sweet and so kind to offer any housekeeping services. Debbie, the owner, was also very personable and friendly. Brogan Villa is in a great location, no matter which activities you are more drawn to. There were 5 of us and each had their own room. Having the apt downstairs made it great for the younger 2 of us. The larger pool was so heavenly we never even used the smaller one. Zarious, the gardener, took the time to show us all the beautiful trees and flowers and even helped us plant a pineapple on the property!!!💕 We didn’t want to leave!!

Fantastic Anniversary

What a beautiful way to spend our anniversary with the whole family, including grandparents who had their own living space for a break from the kids! Easy access to Marigot Bay and the private beach with the Polaris, even with a large party and small children. Can't say enough about the staff-Cyrus especially for day-to-day needs and amazing meals! Thank you Debbie for taking the time on the phone before our trip and checking in during our stay! Perfect location

Debbie (the owner) was great. Her villa is stunning with a great property and views of the Caribbean. We loved the location because it was private and away from the traffic and hotels on the north side of the island. The pools were great and the beds are comfortable. It's a great place to stay. We loved the cove for snorkeling but wear water shoes or enter from the dock because it is rocky but lots of fish and colorful coral. Once you learn the area you will love it. You can walk to Margot bay easy enough but we rented a car and drove all over. The Polaris doesn't turn great and needs back tires so we didn't go far with that just to the bay. All in all we loved it there.
