This is a beautiful property in a convenient location with the most comfortable bed ever. The ceiling fans make for a comfortable stay. If you need it cooler or warmer the property owners are glad to adjust the temperature. No worries about that first cup of coffee in the morning, coffee, creamer and sweetener are all provided. Come and enjoy a delightful stay.

I loved my stay here. The hosts Runell and Dan are friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the community is quiet, and it’s truly delightful to sit by the lake in the evening to work, socialise, or bird watch. The best was having an en suite washer and dryer…very convenient. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the Estrella Sailport. Due to it’s priximity to I10 it’s an easy drive to Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport or even Tucson.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay at the Lakeside Apartment was absolutely perfect for me and my wife. The space was very clean and just right for a 3-night visit to Maricopa. The beautiful waterfront location we consider a big bonus on the trip.

More than met our expectation

We had a great stay at this VRBO rental property in Maricopa, AZ. This 1 bedroom apartment is in a very clean and safe neighborhood. Property owner Dan and RuNell were cordial, pleasant and very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable apartment with lake front access using paddle boat or kayaks provided by owners. Would go back in a heart beat. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being high, we give it a definite 10+.

Clean & cozy space for two with nice amenities

Our first time using VRBO (we usually use the "brand A" site) and it was a good experience. This cozy space was probably the cleanest rental we’ve been in! The shower is nice with plenty of hot water, and the kitchenette packs a lot of functionality and storage into a small space. On-site laundry is a great amenity! Responsive communication from host. The only things that could have made this better would be fewer big/decorative furniture pieces, and adding a 2-top table inside for dining or working. There is space outside, but that's weather-dependent. Also be aware that while this is a space locked off from the hosts' home, the home & garage surround the apartment on three sides so you can occasionally hear noises and muffled voices from their part of the home (which means they could hear the same from your space). It was not an issue for us, but may be for some guests.

Delightful find in Maricopa, AZ

After being on the road for week, this was an oasis. Beautiful patio and yard with wonderful landscaping and garden. Great for morning coffee and breakfast. Owners very welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again.
