Otel konumu, ambiyansı, odaları, terası, manzarası, kahvaltısı ve çalışanları ile mükemmeldi. Özellikle mutfak sorumlusu Medine hanımın çölyak hastası olduğumu bilerek hazırladığı harika glutensiz kahvaltı çeşitleri beni çok mutlu etti.Resepsiyondaki hanımefendiler de çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Harika bir deneyimdi.

Otelde kahvaltı olmaması bir dezavantajdı, ikinci gün kahvaltı için aynı markanın restoran kısmında ağırladılar ama havasız kızartma kokusu içinde kahvaltı yaptık. Sıcak su yoktu ve bu kadar soğuk havada gittiğimiz bir yerde 2 gecede duş bile alamadık. Tesis bu anlamda hiç iyi bir hizmet sunmuyor. Mimarisi çok güzel odaları ve otelin ambiyansını çok beğendik ama hizmet ne yazık ki bu tarz bir butik otele yakışmayacak derecede kötüydü. Tekrar gittiğimde tercih etmeyeceğim bir yer benim için.
