Çok da memnun kalmadık

Açıkçası çok tavsiye etmem. Öncelikle otopark sıkıntısı çekiyorsunuz çünkü otelin kendisine ait bir otoparkı yok. Sabancı müzesinin karşısında yer bulabilirseniz ücretsiz olarak oraya bırakabiliyorsunuz. O da şanslıysanız. İlk otele girişimizde odamızın kapısı açıktı bu da bende bir hijyen kaygısı yarattı. Odanın tuvaleti çok dardı. Tuvaletinizi yapmak için iki büklüm oturmanız gerekiyor. Son gün duş aldıktan sonra gider kokusuna benzer bir koku oluşmaya başladı. Önce tuvaleti sonrada odayı kapladı tüm koku. Çalışanlar yardımseverlerdi kendilerine teşekkür ederiz. Son gün sabah erken otelden ayrılacaktık. Sorumlu kişi bize kahvaltı çıkartabileceğini söylemesine rağmen sabah kalktığımızda kahvaltı hizmeti alamadık.

İlk olarak parasını ödediğim oda resimlerde taş oda olarak gözükse de otele ulaştığımda bize asma katta sıradan bir oda verildiğini öğrendim. Görevliye sorduğumda sistem bu şekilde atamasını yapmış, 1 gün sizi başka odada konaklatalım ana diğer gün farklı bir odaya geçmeniz gerekiyor gibi bir tutumla karşılaştım. Kaldığımız odaların banyoları çok kötüydü. Biri merdiven altına yapılmış daracık bir banyodan oluşuyordu. Otelin konumu merkezi, kahvaltısı fena değil ama oda konusunda neyse onu resimlere koyarak göstermeleri gerekiyor.

2 gün konakladık otelde. Otelin dekorasyonu, ambiansı ve müzikleri çok başarılıydı. Hizmet samimi ve iyiydi. Herkes güler yüzlüydü. Yardımcı oldular ve ekstra içtiklerimizi ikram ettiler. Odaya dair memnuniyetsizliğim banyoyla alakalıydı sadece. Gider yerinde temizlenmemiş saçlar vardı ve havalandırma olarak gördüğüm kadarıyla sokağa açılan bir delik yapmışlardı filtresiz şekilde. Bu yüzden de banyoda sürekli olarak sinek vardı. Duş kabini yoktu. Otelde sadece biz kaldığımızdan sanıyorum ilk gün sabah 8:30a kadar kimseyi bulamadık. Sonrasında kahvaltı hazırlandı. Kahvaltı fotoğraflardaki gibi değil ek olarak onu belirtebilirim, sadece tepsi ve omlet geldi.
