Mr. Veysel, property manager did excellent job during our stay. what a great welcoming, definitely it will be my favorite hotel to say when i visit to mardin. It was extremely clean, quiet and safe place to stay.

It was perfect and clean and good service. I like it . Just if you have back pain or joints pain its not suitable for you because you need to use too much stairs, stairs to reach the hotel, and stairs to the reception, and stairs for the room ,, i think its mardin like this because its old city,

Oda temiz çalışanlar çok iyilerdi. Her konuda çok yardımcı oldular, özellikle gece ve sabah çıkışımızda bizimle ilgilenen genç bir erkek arkadaş vardı ismini bilmiyorum çok ilgilendi kendisine teşekkür ederim. Tek kötü yanı klima çok yetersizdi, soğuktu oda. Ek olarak ısıtıcı getirdi arkadaş fakat fayda etmedi. Her şeye rağmen otel çalışanlarına tekrar teşekkür ediyorum.

Kahvaltısı konağın aşağısında bir odada veriliyor, kahvaltısı idare ederdi. Peynir çeşitleri, yumurta vs. vardı, ama pek lezzetli değildi. Ben otellerde yöresel ürünlerle hazırlanmış farklı kahvaltıları seviyorum, burası misafirhane kahvaltısı tadındaydı. Personelin ilgi alakasından memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler
