Our family had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful. The house was nicely stocked. Kate always responded very quickly to any of my questions or needs. The check in process was very easy and checkout was also very easy. I would definitely recommend the home for a family. The pool was great we enjoyed it everyday! We were sad to leave.Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Relaxation and Comfort in Marco Island!

From the start the property manager was so responsive and welcoming. We brought our 2 dogs along and we had such an amazing time we decided to stay longer! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and it was also easy to get food delivered. The pool and barbeque area was amazing to sit by the pool and have fun. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. We highly recommend this for your next stay!

Spring Break trip

Spectacular Breakaway

Our entire week at Breakaway was fabulous! The house was exactly as it was pictured; spacious, spotless, and extremely-well appointed. The little stickers identifying each light switch and how to use the sliding doors was a very useful and thoughtful touch. Lovely, well-kept neighborhood, in a convenient, easy-to-get-to location. Kate & Kim were tremendous to work with, too. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!

This house has everything you could need for a trip on Marco Island! Beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes! No need to rent anything. The house is well appointed and the host was quick to respond to anything we needed. The beds were comfortable, so this made for a perfect trip. Just go on ahead and book this house! You won’t be sorry!

Great weekend getaway

this was a great weekend getaway for me and my family. It was close to the beach within walking distance. The house was perfect and well furnished. The host answered any questions I needed immediately and had everything we could need or want for our stay. I will definitely stay at this location or any other location they own.

Everything promised and more!

A gem in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to everywhere if you like to walk. Drive on the island is a quick trip albeit parking can be challenging at popular spots. If biking is your thing you have bikes and helmets provided. Lovely kitchen space and many choices for dining inside or outside by the pool. Comfy beds, linens and towels. Super clean. Check to see what they provide before you make that grocery run. You can cross some items off the list!

Lovely home in great neighborhood

Beautifully appointed. Very clean. Pool and screen in has lots of seating including 3 bar stools in front of kitchen window. Kitchen has everything you need. Master bed very comfortable. Close to everything. Photographs are very accurate. We will return.

Perfect Location

This house has an amazing open floor plan, perfect for gathering. It's close to the beach and the best restaurants. Loved the updated charm it has! Highly recommend!
