There are also two spacious double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom with shower. Furthermore, there is a study to work in complete tranquility if necessary and a service bathroom with washing machine.

On the lower floor, completely independent, there are two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.



The exteriors are well-kept and there is a wide terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a large wooden table for outdoor dining. A second outdoor area equipped for eating outside is located at the back of the house and can be accessed from the living room. Shower with hot water in the garden.
