Das haus liegt hervorragend im Zentrum des Orts, weit genug weg vom Strandlärm am späten Abend und nah genug für einen spontanen Hüpfer ins Meer. Das Haus ist sehr groß und aufgeräumt, alle Schlafzimmer haben eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet, auch die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Der Garten und die Aussicht sind wirklich herausragend schön, die Terrasse hat viel Platz und einen ständigen Blick aufs Meer. Im Ort gibts einen kleinen Supermarkt und mehrere nette Lokale. Die Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar, ebenso die von ihr abgestellte Betreuerin der Unterkunft vor Ort. Die Bilder sind akkurat und treffen zu.

Casa con potenzialità

Casa con grandi potenzialità, bel terrazzo con bella vista, ottima l'aria condizionata nelle stanze e nel soggiorno. Aspetti non troppo positivi la pulizia non molto curata, tappeto nel bagno per terra in gomma (tipo da lavandino), lenzuola vetuste, anche se lavate erano con diverse macchie e non si possono più proporre ai clienti. Un forte odore di cantina in tutta la casa ma soprattutto nel piano sottostante e tal odore impregnato negli ascugamani puliti ma se riposti nella casa ovviamente impregnati di tale odore. Detto questo la casa è ubita a Sant'Andrea che è deliziosa, 3/4 minuti a piedi e si è in spiaggia, con un bel mare e ben servita a livello di ristoro ed affitto sup, gommoni, etc...grazie dell'ospitalità

Wunderbare Terrasse

Ein sehr schöne Woche verbrachten wir in Sant Andrea, wir haben die grosszügige Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Weg zum Meer ist kurz und es gibt auch im Herbst ein paar wenige Restaurants, die feine und abwechslungsreiche Speisen.

Traumhafte Lage mit Meerblick

Ein wirklich schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage. Nachdem wir selbst alles geputzt hatten, haben wir nur noch genossen. Es war bei Ankunft leider sehr schmutzig. Zunächst gute kommunikation mit Rossana, doch bezüglich Putzen sollte ich mich selber mit der Reinigungskraft auseinandersetzen, was leider nicht funktioniert hat

Eine perfekte Woche auf Elba

Wir haben die Woche in Sant'Andrea sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig nicht weit vom Strand. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut, die Abende auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Küste und Meer traumhaft. Vielen Dank.

Außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhig

Wir haben in der letzten Märzwoche direkt vor Ostern zu fünft eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist hübsch eingerichtet und das Ess-/Wohnzimmer hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Garten über mehrere Ebenen ist ruhig und grün. Wir konnten ihn noch nicht wirklich nutzen, da es entweder zu kühl oder zu windig war. Wir waren zum Wandern auf Elba und das geht von hier aus sehr gut in alle Richtungen: nach Marciana Marina bzw. Patresi der Küste entlang oder hoch in Richtung Marciana. Wir konnten schöne Sonnenuntergänge von den Felsen links vom Strand aus beobachten. Ende März hatte noch kein einziges Restaurant im Ort geöffnet. Der Laden oben in Zanca war bereits offen, der kleine Laden kurz vor dem Strand und die Bäckerei haben in der Woche, in der wir da waren, gerade erst aufgemacht. Es waren sehr wenige Menschen im Ort. Erst am Karfreitag begegneten wir einer nennenswerten Zahl anderer Touristen.

Entspannter Urlaub in schönem Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Rossana's Haus sehr genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus auf die Bucht von St. Andrea ist wunderschön. Rosanna's Haus ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren froh um die Klimaanlage, denn im August ist es natürlich sehr heiß auf Elba. Der Weg zum kleinen Strand ist nicht weit, aber der Rückweg geht bergauf. Die Kommunikation mit Rossana war immer prompt und freundlich. Ich kann die Gastgeberin und ihr Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Very nice house close to the sea

Perfect house for beach holiday in Sant Andrea, Elba. Everything is exactly as described, very nice contact, already in preparation of the holiday (e.g. hints for ferry boat). The only things we didn't like: We had to go home to early after one week already! ;)

Traumurlaub auf Elba

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in Sant Andrea mit tollem Ausblick, großem Garten, Vollausstattung. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, allerdings sehr steil bergab und später dann wieder rauf. Ruhiger Ort mit schönem Sandstrand, vielen Restaurants, Bootsverleih, Verleih von Liegen und Schirmen, kleinem Laden für den täglichen Bedarf und einem für Badebedarf. Geheimtipp: Abends Pizza zum Mitnehmen von der Summerbar und dann den Weg links von der Bucht (Ostseite) bis um die Ecke rum und bei Pizza und Wein den Sonnenuntergang über dem Mittelmeer geniessen!

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Gute Ausstattung und tolle Lage nur 10 Gehminuten zum Strand. Das wirklich einzige, was fehlt, sind Schatten spendende Bäume in dem ansonsten sehr schön angelegten Garten.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut es sind nur wenige aber steile Meter zum Strand. In der Küche und sonst ist alles Vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen in ruhiger Lage und das Meer ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt so das wir unsere Hunde frei laufen lassen konnten. Das Haus bietet alles um einen schönen Urlaub zu genießen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Großzügige, schön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Lage strandnah und mit schönem Ausblick von der Terasse, Größe des Objekts bis 6 Personen (wir waren vier) großzügig, Einrichtung mit Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler ... alles vorhanden. Kleiner Laden für den täglichen Bedarf und mehrere Restaurants in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
