Bell'appartamento in centro a Procchio

La casa è molto bella e confortevole. La posizione è comoda, a soli 5' a piedi dal centro pedonale di Procchio e dai negozi del borgo. Molto vicina al mercato settimanale ed alle strade che portano a Marciana e Portoferraio. Comodo anche il parcheggio della proprietà. Un altro plus è l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Come contro, penso che la casa abbia un prezzo un po' alto per gli accessori ed i servizi che offre (ma il mercato all'Isola d'Elba ad Agosto probabilmnete lo permette). Mi ha sorpreso sapere (al momento della prenotazione) che la casa fosse sguarnita di lenzuola (a pagamento)cosiccome di asciugamani e tessili da cucina. Benchè fosse ben accessorriata di pentole e piatti, mancavano degli accessori basic come uno scolapiatti o dei contenitori con coperchio. Su richiesta, lo scolapiatti è stato subito acquistato, grazie. Mancano la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Un appunto non alla casa ma al vicinato, tutte le notti c'era un cane di una cascina di fronte che iniziava ad abbaiare prima dell'alba senza smettere per ore. E' stata comunque una vacanza piacevole. Consigliamo la location.
