The PERFECT Spot

The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. The care put into maintaining this property can be seen as soon as you step foot in the property itself before ever walking thru the door. Kids enjoyed the pool and we loved having the dock, ice machine, and bait freezer. The channel was easy to navigate with our boat and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Michelle was awesome to communicate with and gave fantastic recommendations. We plan to come back again next year for another week! It was truly a vacation to remember and was perfect for our family/friends to enjoy one another.

Sunny Daze Indeed!

Gorgeous house! Plenty of room for all 7 of us. The private pool was just perfect. The pool area had a seating and table area and this is where we enjoyed most of our meals. Fishing right off the dock! Manatees hung out by the dock for most of our stay. We used the bikes to ride to Sombrero Beach. Well equipped kitchen. Very private pool area thanks to the bamboo fence and beautiful palms and greenery. Would definitely recommend this home and the very responsive host, who checked and made sure everything was tip top!

Perfection in Paradise

We were blown away by how beautiful this property was! The pool was secluded for privacy and included everything you could want or need with a drink fridge, icemaker, cooler, grill, TV and tons of lounge chairs and seating. What a wonderful place to relax and unplug so close to beautiful Sombrero Beach!

Holiday Getaway

A holiday getaway full of fun, sun and relaxing. The location was close to all of our activities and we were happy to have Publix and Winn Dixie within walking distance. The private pool area was our favorite space to hang out, play games grill and watch sporting events.The kitchen had a few dirty and rusty utensils and could’ve offered more cups for the pool and basic needs.Michelle, the manager, was friendly and an excellent communicator and took care of any immediate needs in a timely manner and was very helpful.

The house was awesome!

The house is beautiful and well stocked. The pool area was definitely a plus. The boat ramp is close by and easily accessible. It was an easy ride to the house from the boat ramp was easy. Communication with Michelle was great.

Retirement Trip

This was a long awaited trip and the property did not disappoint. We did not find ourselves in need of anything. The home itself is FULLY stocked, clean and extremely comfortable. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and provides plenty of privacy. We spent afternoons swimming and sunning, then hopped onto bicycles for some easy riding. We highly recommend you book your next trip to Sunny Daze!

Relaxing and enjoyable

The house had plenty of room, plenty of towels, the ice machine was a very helpful addition. The patio and pool were nice with plenty of chairs and the shade umbrella was priceless in this heat.

Clean, comfortable home. Great middle of the Keys location to explore north and south locations. Fun to have bikes and kayaks available. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.

Lovely 2 weeks in Marathon, FL

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at this property and would come back. The house was well furnished, in a good location, had a nice pool with canal views, and Michelle was very responsive with any questions we had.

Great House

Perfect home for us- my husband and I, 2 adult children and one teen. Bedrooms were comfy and house was decorated nice. My hubs and sons loved the outdoor space to watch football while swimming. I loved the beautiful landscape that made the place like our own private little resort. We had a boat for the week. This is my only complaint. It was almost 30 min to get to the ocean after idling through the canals. The upside is you are very close to hwy 1. Property manager was very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and bikes.

Didn't disappoint

What an absolutely beautiful property. Well appointed, and very clean. We had everything we needed in this property for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing. Michelle (property manager) was very helpful, quick to respond to questions no matter how miniscule the issue was, and super nice and friendly. We had a great time with our 2 teenage boys, and 2 other couples that joined us. The pool area was absolutely perfect with the refrigerator and icemaker. It was nice to be in a newer house and just to enjoy the luxury it had to offer. We have been travelling to Marathon for years, and we will definitely be looking to spend more time at this beautiful home. Please do not hesitate to rent this property for your vacation, I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous place!

This house and property was amazing! So homey and comfortable when you walk in. The beds are fantastic, we had great nights of sleep not just me and my husband but our whole group. Each bed was great. If you plan to be on the water every day like we did, I will say it’s a 30 minute putt out to the ocean so just be prepared for that. This house is pretty far back on the canal. But it’s a gorgeous and lovely boat ride back. My one suggestion or dislike of this particular stay was the checkout time being 9:30 AM and the additional checkout requests. I’ve stayed in a lot of rental homes but this is the only one I’ve seen have it’s guest wash all the towels, fold them and put them away along with washing all the dishes and unloading them to the correct places. However, this home owner said she does have 8 properties! So I’m sure she has her plate full. All together it was a wonderful stay!

Perfect house - beautiful backyard

House was exactly as described. Very clean and well layed out. Everything we needed was there. Manager was very responsive and friendly. The backyard area and pool is very nice. Way nicer than all the houses around us. We would absolutely stay at this house again. If bringing a boat, just know that this house is a ways up the canals. It takes about 30 mins to get to open water. The ice machine and freezer is a huge plus for folks fishing. Great setup for fishing. Also, two of the bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that they are not connected to. For some reason I thought it was a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Beautiful place

This place was perfect. Plenty of space for 4 adults, 6 kids. Michelle was very helpful and accommodating. Our boys caught a ton of fish right off the dock and we all enjoyed the pool and backyard space. Great location. Used the 3 kayaks, 3 bikes, ice machine, and bait freezer every day. We would definitely book again.
