Great location to visit the Keys

This is a great home and we enjoyed our stay. One thing to note is that the bedroom with two beds is downstairs in the courtyard and is accessible by outside stairs. The room and attached bath are very nice. The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The sofas have 4 recliners built in! Good for relaxing after a day of touring.Marathon is perfect for doing things throughout the Keys. There are a lot of activities in Marathon and and hour either North or South. The Turtle Hospital is a must visit if you have kids & teens.

Family and friends vacation

This property was amazing ! The set up was ideal for our party. Under the house entertainment and kitchen area was perfect to grill and cook the catch of the day and enjoyed the pool.Close to other houses but very private..

Nice house.

Very lovely house, clean and spacious. The 5th bedroom and bath is a little isolated from the main living area but we didn’t need it. Lots of outdoor spaces and games. Very nice heated pool and outdoor kitchen area was a bonus.

Very nice place-pretty much as shown on the webpage. Nice walk to the beach and convenient to groceries and restaurants. Had a fabulous time just wish the weather had been better! The heated pool was awesome! Would stay here again!

Too much money for the quality

We had dried food on one of the comforters, when I told the manager, she said that was not a comforter, that was a throw blanket. A lot of the other sheets and pillowcases were either stained or dirty, pretty gross. Our sheets were clean, but they were worn and bald up. We had to turn them inside out to sleep in them. The sign at the pool said quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM and when we were reading the book, it said between 8 PM and 8 AM so they need to get that together and let people know ahead of time because our grandkids wanted to stay in the pool longer but we couldn’t let them“to keep from neighbors calling the police “ The price for heating the pool was very high. Didn’t know that until after we booked it but we own a house in SEBRING and it’s quite a bit colder there and the pool is about twice the size of this pool. Theheater costs me around &100 to 150 per month Depending on how cold it isso this was kind of ridiculous just not a great experience, but we made the best of it

Perfect comfort

The house is amazing very clean, comfortable easy to hang out inside and outside. Downstairs was like a whole additional house. The pool was great morning noon and night. The outdoor kitchen was fabulous. The location was good for everything we wanted to do in the Keys. It was rum enough for us all to have privacy, but really enjoyed being able to hang out with adults easily

Beautiful house and location

Only downside were the beds - comfortable but too close to the ground - difficult to get out of. Needed a few more utensils like a can opener that works and a wine bottle opener. Other than that, place was great!

Very Relaxing

The property was very clean and comfortable The pool was amazing! The weather was around 68-75 for the week so we paid to have the pool heated in order to enjoy the vacation more. That was the best decision we mail. We stayed and played in the pool for hours every day. When cleaning before we left, the brooms and dust pans were pretty worn out so we had to improvise a little by using some card board for a dust pan. Sort of humerus. We would stay again if we get the opportunity. Thank you

Fabulous Location

We stayed here with 11 people, 9 adults and 3 children. The house was fantastic. Clean, well equipped. The outdoor space is the best of all the houses I have rented! With a portion of the pool under the house, it was nice for the babies to stay out of the sun. And the full kitchen outside was utilized nightly with such a large family. Being from Mn, it is fantastic to be able to spend your whole vacation outside during the winter months and this house was perfect for that. A wonderful location, just a hop, skip, and a jump to one of the best beaches in the keys. Our host was quick to respond with the very minimal questions we had. We didn't have many, as the house was as advertised. I would highly recommend this listing.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful great location near lots of restaurants bars shopping The house was awesome we had 5 couples everyone had bedroom/ bathroom - it was clean and spacious - the pool was clean - the neighborhood was ok - the house next door has this large black thing in backyard so the view was not great across -Few cons were there was only 2 small dish clothes and no spices at all ( ie salt pepper) only one garbage bag and towels in bathrooms were dingy looking need to be updated - the first night we were eaten alive by bugs and would have been nice had the owners suggested bringing bug spray or had some outdoor citronella candles to keep bugs away! communication with owners was probably the worst I have ever had - prior to trip I sent several notes and some never got response or long time before received All the VRBO I ever rented before always had great communication and the owner would Pass along useful information -the directions we received from the owner had that there was a Kmart on the street to turn down to get to the property and there is no Kmart it’s a Winn Dixie now - owners need to communicate better update the towels and have more dish towels we were told to wash 2-3 loads of laundry before leaving but no laundry detergent was provided -if you expect guests to do laundry then provide soap -there are sprinkles in the cupboard that smell old but yet no salt pepper very strange

Absolutely Perfect

This property is a must if you are thinking of staying in the Florida Keys. Beautiful, spacious, updated, clean and so much to do. From the pool to the pool table my family kept busy and had a blast.
