Nice hotel. Good entertainment for the whole family. Food was good, but drinks are terrible.

RATES TOO EXPENSIVE FOR POOR SERVICE AND FACILITIES, better choose Las Hadas of Brisas Group. The hotel has the greatest location of all the hotels in the zone but unfortunately the beach is not private and you have to face normal issues of a public beach... a lot of rubbish, too much people during the weekends, people with umbrellas in front of you (not guests from the hotel), etc. WORST ISSUE: Bad security! People smoke in whole hotel, people smoke in the beach and pool. You easily find cigarette butts in the water, sea & sand. The all inclusive is awesome but just for wine and spirits drinks... food is not worst but it has poor quality. In the description you can see this is a renovated hotel but honestly... rooms, hotel and facilities looks pretty old and worn.

This hotel was nothing special. make sure NOT to go to the SPA!! They steal money meaning they over charge you even tho they have their prices printed for you to see. The spa manager Lupita over charged me $600.00 pesos !!! Lupita is a lier who promise you services and once you go back she hides from you to make sure she doesn't give them to you!!! We tried to talk to the manager of the hotel but he "wasn't there" or "he was on meetings" we were informed that he was going to call us back and to this date he hasn't called us back!! Don't stay at this hotel! Also The food is not good at all. The only good thing I have to say is about the waitress Laura at the lounge in front of the check in area, she was GREAT!!!! Over all please don't wait your mom and dont stay here!!!

I don't like it because it isn't clean the bathroom the food not good the wife is no free The services of registration the person puerca. Muchas class no me gusto..

Beautiful views, Unfortunately for us the water was very turbulent during our stay so we didn't enjoy the beach as much. The food is just OK nothing grand at the buffet but you can reserve a nicer dinner. The hotel location is amazing but unfortunately the construction of the building is old. You get mostly Mexican tourist visiting this hotel. Excellent for families and if you are on a budget but still want all inclusive

Hotel condition : power went out ,not good especially hot and humid weather. Toilet would not flush , no info of room service hrs. Or tv channels. Very family oriented , nice. Maybe an adult pool area would be nice. We were there with no kids.

If you just want to enjoy the beach and a nice pool with your family, it's perfect. Lots of kids. For an all-inclusive, I did not particularly care for the eating area hours. At one point, there is nothing open. They should offer a snack area when the main dining areas are closed. The food was very good...made to order omelette station at breakfast. If you want to leave the resort area, you have to take a taxi. The Downtown area is about a 15 minute drive. I did not see anything to do right around the hotel that is walking distance. Our room needed some updating, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Overall, we did enjoy our 3-night stay.

This is our second stay at this hotel and our experience was even better. We decided to come back due to its cool Kids Club mainly, however, the overall hotel is nice. Nice and helpful staff, and fun activities. Enjoyed the pirate night. Probably the hotel just needs more umbrellas by the beach. We will likely come back.

Tesoro manzanillo was beyond my expectations. Great place to relax and enjoy the beach just steps from the pool. Great food in the all inclusive package, comfortable Air conditioned rooms and great nightly shows. Only issue was too many bees at the buffet restaurant during breakfast and lunch.

I spent 4 days for my honeymoon and the stay was amazing

Pros: on the beach, great staff, good food, pretty good shows... Negatives: desperately needs renovated (yes, room was clean), no a la carte restaurant on Sundays, very crowded when Mexico schools are on break

This was our second visit to this hotel. It is a relatively easy drive for us, so that makes it a bit more attractive. The facility is clean, but in desperate need of renovation. The food quality is pretty good. The show quality was impressive last year, but we didn't make it to a show. It is rather disappointing that there are no a la carte restaurants open on Sunday nights. We arrived on Saturday, and the reservations were all taken. We left on Sunday...so it was all buffet for us (last year the Italian restaurant was a very good experience). The staff members work hard and are very nice. This property has a large pool and is ocean-front. I would likely only return if it was a time that the kids in Mexico are in school. From about the beginning of July until mid-August, the place is jam packed with families because that is Mexico's summer vacation (I imagine the weeks before and after Easter, as well as Christmas, would also be very crowded). The crowds result in long waits for the elevators, restaurant and bars.

Over all 3 out five stars just need to put high end bottles on the bars at hotel! :D

The hotel is beginning to show its age. The guests were primarily Mexicans, which made the experience more enjoyable, but the downside was that the pool was extremely crowded (particularly with kids). Smoking is not allowed on the premises, or even on the beach, so those who need a nicotine fix are forewarned. The location is both good and bad. The beach is somewhat secluded but still has public access and is, therefore, crowded. There are not many restaurants or bars nearby that are within walking distance--especially since walking involves climbing a rather steep hill. I would recommend this hotel to someone, but only after pointing out the drawbacks.

All I can say is believe the other reviews. Hotel is old, needs major improvements, room smelled, A/C leaked. Not worth the price. Spend a little more on another hotel. Would not stay here for free.

The Hotel needs a few up grades. the furniture is a little old. The place is pretty clean, the service was excellent. The staff was very helpful at all times. The food was good. The entertainment team is wonderful they do a great job entertaining everyone. the only reason why i wouldn't go back to this hotel is because they are too many children running around you really cannot seat relax and enjoy the view. It was my mistake since is a family getaway I should have seen it .

nice beach, friendly staff and fresh food. good hotel considering it's mexico.

I had a really good time, I will be back next year.

exelent. nice comfort, good service. this is my second time at this hotel, and I will be back again in the future.

We liked this hotel, but we were the only people from the united states. Aparently its $500 cheaper to fly from Winnipeg, Canada. I could have driven 6 hours north to winnipeg, flown from there, and saved $1000 on my trip.Very beautiful and safe area if you would like to go to mexico, but dont want the americanization of somewhere like Cancun.
