El personal muy amable y servicial,mucha seguridad a la salud, la comida buena no había saturación de gente, lo malo es que están descuidando la estructura, las reparaciones que hacen las hacen mal y se nota de lejos la piscina tenía mucho negro alrededor y la agua se veía sucia y mucha arena en el fondo

The pools were nice. What we did not like was: 1. Waiting in long lines to have breakfast, 2. Only having two options of restaurants to eat from, 3. The snack area running out of food, 4. Servers indicated they were understaffed in serving drinks in pool areas therefore drinks were hardly an option, 5. Checking in to the resort took about two hours, 6. Waiters in the restaurants would constantly forget to bring our drinks, 7. We had to move rooms three times, this was frustrating, 8. The resort did not offer the COVID test so we had to leave back to the airport to acquire it.

The housekeeping is top. The reception, the bell captain and his crew excellent. The wifi is a complex system difficult to access. The Staff is unable to help at least in English. This has been the weak point of this hotel for years.

It was not what I expected. The staff was rude and seemed clueless about everything going on in the resort. I didn't go to Mexico to eat Japanese food. The only restaurant available was Japanese. Very disappointing. The desk clerk supervisor was very unprofessional.

We love it, the room was very clean and confie, the service was excellent We enjoy the food.

Wonderful vacation spot - very relaxing. Not many things to do close by without taking a taxi but if you are looking to stay on resort this is definetly the place for families or couples. Loved our stay!

In regards of the lineas of our restaurants, this is due to the procedures we have implemented, like checking our guest temperature, giving antibacterial gel and shoe disinfection. The hotel does offer a special price for the COVID tests which will be covered by the guests. The appointment is made through our reception teams, 24 hours prior to the test and the day of your appointment the laboratory in charge will come directly to the hotel.
