It was not what I expected. The staff was rude and seemed clueless about everything going on in the resort. I didn't go to Mexico to eat Japanese food. The only restaurant available was Japanese. Very disappointing. The desk clerk supervisor was very unprofessional.

We love it, the room was very clean and confie, the service was excellent We enjoy the food.

We enjoyed our visit to Manzanillo and Barcelo Karmina. A very relaxing location with great people..........

Management is horrible. They could care less to helo make your experience wonderful.

This is one of the best Hotel in Manzanillo, Good food, drinks all is perfect.

We had a fantastic honeymoon. I would recommend it to anyone.

Where to start? Moved rooms twice and still had leaks over the toilet, requested it be fixed but to no avail Loud music around the pool daily made it impossible to even read a book Upgraded to Club Premium was a waste of $550,requested a refund ,am still waiting for my money No place to go outside the resort as this is a big seaport with little to no sites to see Beach was very small, water was disgusting Kids,Kids everwhere could not escape from them even though areas were designated adults Staff was very helpful around the pools Drinks were all inclusive , but made with the cheapest liquors available in Mexico The advertise 3 restaurants, however only one at a time is open per night, so if you want a nice Italian meal you could wait three days till it open!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Great hotel, celan, Good service .... Good food...

We have stayed at this hotel before. Great for family vacation. The only inconvenieces we had during this trip was that the hotel had a reservation that we had previouly cancelled not the most recent one that included three adults instead of two. The hotel got in touch with our travel agent and solved the problem quickly. Then when we got to our room there was a one bed room. As the hotel had a reservation with two adults, they didn't expect three people for a two-bed room and the hotel had no more two-bed rooms left. The receptionists solved the problem giving us what seemed to be a under-maintenance room which had minor problems that didn't affect a great stay. Well solved! Great food and drinks as usual. Great pool for toddlers. Will stay here again indeed.

The distribution of the hotel is very practical. It is big but you don't have to walk a lot to get everywhere easily. The hotel is stroller and wheelchair friendly. Even when the specialties restaurants aren't extraordinary, the food is very good in general. You can make a reservation for the specialties restaurants everyday (I have been to some hotels where surprisingly, are full all the time). Drinks are prepared with well known brands sold in Mexico. The hotel has a private beach which allow you to have fun and rest without people from other hotels or salespeople bothering you all the time. Despite the high season, we didn't have any problems finding chairs by the pool or the beach. The depth of the pools is perfect for any age as there are some pools with low depth and others that get deeper as you walk in. Both my 1 and my 2 year-old kids could have fun in them. Staff is nice and friendly in general. All of our requests were attended in a timely manner. We had lost our reservation at the Italian restaurant because my kids were having so much fun at the pool so that we decided to miss it, however, when we went by the Italian restaurant to ask if we could still use our reservation, the staff kindly accomodated us. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff needs to work on there costumer service. The rooms were great and very confortable. Food was great too

This is the perfect family oriented hotel in Manzanillo. I enjoyed my stay. The food was amazing. However getting restuarant reservations was a pain in the butt. Bring long pants and shoes if you want to eat there. I didn't bring any or will ever bring any. This is a warm beach town. You will not see me dressing up for dinner on my vacation. Other than that everything else is amazing. The gym served its purpose in the morning for me and the buffet was my favorite anyways. I recommend hanging out in the pool oriented for whatever reason you are there. There is not much of a beach area to enjoy. The sand is hot and there are a lot of rocks and critters in the water. I recommend drinking next to the pool. I will definitely be back for another family vacation.

creo francamente que es junto con el camino real y las hadas el mejor hotel de Manzanillo, para ser un all inclusive es una gran opción.

Great All Inclusive, i will come back. Beach and pool were very nice.

Small beach Some restaurants were closed, overall good

My 2nd and probably the last time in this hotel . The room is big but it was not that clean and with a smell of humidity. The room stuff is very old and dusty and it needs maintenance . The food was pretty good and the service also .

The place is a study in good news/bad news. The property itself is nice, but it's got lousy ocean beach access. The staff is incredibly pleasant, from the housecleaning staff to the concierge to the bartenders. But the breakdown in little things was frustrating. E.g. #1), neither of the ATMs in the hotel worked, the desk couldn't do a cash advance on my credit card, and the exchange rate they offered for U.S. Dollars was terrible. #2) The buffet food was good, but the by-reservation restaurants were had to get into or closed for the season. #3) the music was constantly blaring from every corner of the place.

I was there for business-- i had transportation, but you need a car if staying there- i think it was great--- get back from a work day and get a margarita, go to eat at any time... good food for bufet style, even have a short swim... i cannot complain. I will certainly bring the crew of technicians there when we come back and do the installation ! For the price, excellent deal. The only bad thing is that the steam room does not work really well and the girl there was very stupid and not helpful.

We had a great time, the food was very good, The service was excelente, friedly people.

The hotel definitely needs maintenance. The rooms seem old fashion and need more cleaning. My favorite part of it all were the swimming pool areas since they have private pools only for adults and family pools. Other than that I wouldnt come back.
