"Liked that the pool was heated however the area was not clean or well kempt. Very out dated, broken down… lots of cleanliness concerns including thick layer of dust in the AC unit."

"When we arrived, we found someone’s boxers on the bathroom floor, and the floor appeared dirty. We could not get the thermostat to work, either, so our room was very hot until we finally called for help at 11:30 pm. They did send someone to fix it. We could also hear everything through the door that adjoins rooms. I just had high hopes for a luxurious stay, as this was the most I’ve ever spent on a hotel room. Never again. Over $300 for one night and to not feel absolutely comfortable is so disappointing."
