I did not like the television , it would take a computer expert to find out how to work it ! we figured out how to work it after after the lady to our room and helped us !! And then all we could get on it was a bunch of antique shows !! We have stayed at your motel about 4 times but no more !!

Hotel is super clean. Carpet in room and bathroom looks like it was just updated! We've stayed here in the past and love it. They definitely spend money to keep it very nice and updated! This is one of our favorite hotels in Berlin, OH. I just wish they had a dark roast coffee :)

The hotel was great however the lady at the front desk was horrible. She was so lazy and could not even tell me where the ice machine was on the second floor.. someone needs to find a new job as I will never go back. Surprised at the high “incidentals” rate on top of the cost, front desk worker was somewhat rude and difficult to speak to- even when purchasing snacks… rooms have kitchenette but nothing past a microwave and sink, no utensils, cups, etc. surprised how uncomfortable the room was, no extra linens/comforters and no linens available for the pack and play which was stained on the pad. Plus: really warm pool and nice hot tub
