I was very disappointed about the fact the hot tub was not working.. It was the reason for booking this stay at the Hampton instead of one of the other hotels within walking distance The room was pretty clean however I did find a few things. There was a small possibility poop stain on the wall by the bathtub. And somebody's kid there pooped all over the bathroom at the pool.

The toilet had pink mold in it, the drain in the tubs was full of hair, there was no plug to take a bath if we had wanted to, there were cobwebs in the windows, one in the bathroom behind the door with a spider and a piece of toilet paper in it.. There was no hand soap at the sink, no shower gel, the shampoo and conditioner were just above the empty line. The worst part was the light coming in the windows around the blackout shades, it was lit up all night and very hard to sleep. I have never stayed on the first floor and I won't do it again. We have stayed here several times before and it has always been excellent, but this first floor room seemed very neglected, The room was refreshed but only the showering products were filled..

Room 103 is noisy a lot of sound coming from storage room or kitchen area. It is also very bright in the room at night. Staff was helpful with extra towels and different pillows.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Brian, the guy at the front desk, brought us some extra towels for our last day when I requested them. They were delivered within 10 minutes, and he took our used towels with him. Very impressed. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Breakfast (especially the eggs) was so good. Definitely would stay again. Only thing I would have changed was the couch (we had a suite). Strange design. No arm rests. Uncomfortable.

Overall we are pleased with our stay

Our check in was great, our room very clean except for the dark spots around the tile in the bathroom tub. Breakfast was good but seems like the person doing the restocking of breakfast items nd coffee had a hard time keeping up. Overall good experience.

We normally stay at Hampton/Hilton properties as we appreciate the nicer rooms and good service, but this stay has been very disappointing. The bathroom floor and shower were not clean - there were hairs and mildew. The sink did not drain well. When we left for the day we asked the front desk if housekeeping could sweep/vacuum our bathroom floor as it was not very clean. We returned at 9:30pm and no housekeeping came. My wife washed her hair and discovered that the hair dryer was filthy - really disgusting. I would attach pictures of the floor/tub where if you zoom in you can see the hairs and mildew... as well as pics of the hair drier, but that does not seem possible.
