Only reason I booked that hotel was it was 5 star hotel but they are far from 5 star 2 maybe 3 at the most. They have no bathrobe if u ask one you will not get one their spa you have to bring cash or you have to go downstairs to pay first than bring your receipt thats the only way you will get service. Breakfast was cheap and not good selection Only thing is good about this hotel was staff thats all

One of my worst experience.

The beds were not comfortable..the room were really hot. And not sound proof The people talking laughing could be heard from my room very clearly All night laughing sounds banging doors. Air conditioning was not working in june hot weather. They said its centrally air-conditioned. No body spoke a word of english. Tv didnt had english channel or hdmi slot. Bath tub broken.toilet door was opened all the time couldnt close it. Instead of service technician they sent waiter and he apologise thats it.

the location of the hotel is great as where I need to go. I really appreciated the staff in the hotel helped me out by sorting my taxi. the meals was very nice. the facility from the hotel is very basic, carpet in the hotel room is very dirty. overall, I am happy with what I had.

A 2 Star Hotel At Most Rather Than A 5 Star

Quite amateur, bothering and astonishingly disorganized staff. Stained carpets and noise from other rooms especially when they use their bathrooms. Had the room key card replaced twice in three days as it won't work. Called me on my cell during a meeting to ask why I still have my luggage in my room the day before my check-out date... And many more hard to believe events... It was an experience. Good breakfast buffet and that's it

Not bad, but no excellent either.

The staff did try to please; but there are too few English speaking staff, which made simple matters such as requesting a second room key or an extra pillow quite difficult. Aircon was very weak, to the point that we asked for it to be repaired. Good water pressure, good food, and there is a swimming pool outdoors.

The hotel location is good for travelers.The room was spacious and was in a position to respond to any need. The bathroom was clean, but the walls were not very clean.
