I was a good place to stay. Everything you needed was easily accessible. Things to do were close and walking distance. We dod do a tour out of city and it was great.

The place little bit old and when I start to take a bath a cockroach crawling in the bathroom the electric burner is rusty the water heater is not working the place is like ordinary household not good for rental extra charge but no one change the amenities then so hard to talk to the care taker if you need something

Overall it's okay naman. I just find it inconvenient to have only one bath towel and 3 blankets for a reservation of 4 adults (Room 1). No available shampoo, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush contrary on what was advertised on Expedia. Buti may malapit na convenience store. Na misunderstood pa na hindi namin dineclare na 4persons ang mag occupy sa isang room dahil sa miscommunication nila. Inconvenience after inconvenience, yeah, for a night stay.

This place is a nightmare construction going on all night next door and out the back. Excessive noise consistently TV didn't work. Most of the time we were there. Water leaks from the faucet. In the shower, the bed was hard as a rock. An hour on painkillers every night from after sleeping in it, turn off

I like the view at the veranda facing the swimming pool area. Unfortunately the unit itself is not quite orderly. The tile floor is broken, no microwave to use if you need to warm up your food , washer is also not usable coz they said it’s defective. The veranda door is also broken. Cleanliness of the room isn’t ideal, the rugs used looks dirty and the floor underneath the rug was dirty. The aircon isn’t working that well. Bedsheets and towels should at least be changed since we’ve stayed there for 7 days.
