Our room had mold, and holes in the wall as well as missing paint. The floors were covered in caked up dirt, the blankets had holes and tares in them. The television didn't work, no staff at the front desk after five. The elevators smelled like cigarettes and had mold in the lighting. I have pictures of everything. And would very much like a refund for the stay. Especially when there's a sign stating weekly prices at 279$ and I paid 240$ for two days. And nightly rates are 49.99. Also there were more then a few cockroaches, and in the middle of the night the fire alarm was pulled.

We got very little rest due to noise from both inside the hotel and outside. (Train ran close by and woke us up several times and we could hear every car that parked outside in the parking lot.) Thin walls, could hear conversations going on all night. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in with only 1 thin bedspread. No blow dryer in the room either, had to send husband to Walmart to buy one. And when we checked in we were told that the cleaning staff would be knocking on the door at 9 am to get a head start.

They said no pets and no smoking.. guess what.. dog was barking next door all night and cigaret and weed smoke all over the floor. First place that didnt have coffee in the rooms. Dont serve breakfast, wont take diacount bc manager was not on site.

This is an untrancheap hotel. The word suites is very erroneous. One small room, small bed, have to call someone to check in. Just a very cheap place at a not cheap price. Only stayed there because everywhere else booked. Never again.

Check in staff was great other than that I will never stay here again. I should have asked for a refund of my stay. Dirty bathroom, cockroaches and other sort of insects living among the room. Dirty bed sheets - sticky floors. Very rude staff came banging on our door while dead asleep @ 8:30 AM - telling us we are having complaints from other rooms due to our dog barking. Then rudely asked if our dog is ok and to take him outside. Told the person he is barking because you came to our room and starting banging on the door, yes he is going to be barking at you like what????? Then come to find out the dogs barking where in fact serval rooms down the hall. Didn’t even apologize and was very nasty to me the whole conversation.

I couldn't stay that hotel. After made a reservation even un-returnable pay I went to the hotel. But there wasn't available room. Already sorted out. So I couldn't sleep tonight there. What is happened? I didn't really understand that. You made me absolutely terrible trip. How and what should you make me?

Front desk staff minus one woman was rude and not inviting when checking in. The entire hotel smelled like cat pee and cigarettes as well, when getting to my room the air was not on and the stench of someone who smoked and had pets was wafting through the room. I was able to get rid of the smell but all in all I would not stay here again. But hey you get what you pay for.
