The TV worked for like 10 minutes, very poor set-up. The mattress was hard and it slid around on a cheap metal base. On Christmas day, my room key stopped working. Took me 45 minutes to get someone to the front desk. She said it was her day off. What if something bad happened? Never stay there again!

It wasn't a great welcome, there was a cockroach in my room, and I was double charged. How the manager handled the double charge, the comfort of the bed, and the convenience of having a full fridge bumped it up a star. In general, this was a classic case of making the pictures look great and then you get there to find out they just tried to cover up the nastiness... but failed.

Everything about my stay was great. From the check in process through out my stay the staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely refer this hotel to family and friends. If I'm ever in the area again and need to stay, I'm definitely going to choose to stay here. What an awesome and amazing staff.
