An old hotel, not very clean in general. The bathtub didn't drain well, there was a permanent ring in the bottom of the tub with pink moldy spots, water backed up on my feet. Sink drain had something nasty in it that caused it to back up too. Sink drain had no stopper. Couch in the room had grimy arms from many hands over the years. Decor is "mid-century"...not just in style, but in actual age, it appears. The wooden box the micro-fridge sat on (smaller than the usual dorm size) was falling apart and the fridge tilted and moved around. I had to change rooms from my first room because the TV didn't work at all (and the front desk person came and tried to fix it). the deficiencies I describe were in the second room. After my experience in the shower the first day, I couldn't take a shower the second day--I imagined what kind of bacteria and fungus were backing up onto my feet and didn't want to take a chance. I wiped my feet with rubbing alcohol after the first shower. I would never stay there again.
