Older conference center from the 70-80's. Being remodeled, but is dated. Shower head put out low pressure, bathroom floor and shower stained. Old mattresses filling hallways. Just ok. Won't stay again.

This was not what I expected from a four seasons at all.

Towels were worn out. Front desk hotel we're sorry. Curtains were dirty.

Outstanding stay! Room was nice...clean. Location was convenient to everything in Manhattan.

Clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Check in was 3pm and hotel said our rooms were not ready yet. We checked back in later that evening at which point the hotel said they were overbooked and we had no rooms to stay in. Would not recommend dealing with the hotel which is unfortunate as the hotel itself is decent but the way were treated was not.

We often travel to KSU, and this hotel had a great deal for a one night stay. The room was very clean and large! we had a King sized bed and pull out couch, there was still enough room for a double bed. The King sized bed was very comfortable. Also the shower was large and comfortable, the only drawback as there was no towel racks. We also found it odd that there was no refrigerator or microwave. Overall though, we would stay here again, the hotel staff was friendly, and its very close to everything we need in Manhattan.

We would definitely stay again. Great experience.

Perfunctory service. Poor housekeeping. Distracted desk. Not horrible. Just adequate.

We stayed here before the current company took over. It is much nicer now! Rooms are being remodeled. Pool is cold and hot tub was just warm. They have a few pool tables but not much else to do. The lady who checked us in was not very helpful, we had to search for our room for awhile! The breakfast was basic and we were not thrilled about the price. They gave others free breakfast vouchers for being part of the same soccer Club as us but we had to ask for ours. Beds are great and the rooms are clean, plus there isn't little bottles of shampoo and conditioner, you can have as much as you need!

The Hotel and Restaurant staff were very friendly and the spacious environment. There is walking trail behind the hotel which was great for a quick walk.

Nice pool. Room was spacious. Comfy beds. Good price.

We checked in late for a KSU reunion and were accommodated by a helpful staff, spacious lobby and updated room. We had a great stay. Thanks.

When we booked this hotel we expected a decent place. Reviews were pretty good looked clean etc. But when we got to our room it looked nothing like the pics. It had been updated since pics looked much more modern. And the bed was amazing! Super comfy really nice big pillows. I hate going into a hotel and feeling like you should have brought pulled from home. Not here. Nice TV and nice shower. Bathroom had been updated also. Very nice hotel!

Clean room with comfy beds! The only downside was that our room looked out to a hallway that housed trash. We fixed that by closing the curtains. Would stay here again.

Hotel was previously a Holiday Inn--however, it was clean and the staff was professional.

The hotel was under going remodel , but you could still hear the people in the rooms next door. The staff could of been a lot more friendly.

The front desk, check-in person just pointed the way to our room and said "its across that big area there" and did not explain HOW to get there or show us a map (even though there was a laminated map right in his hand!) There was a lot of stuff going on that weekend, but the staff seemed grumpy and did not smile very much at all. I know it was probably very busy and all, but still, a smile would have done a lot to make the staff seem more friendly. Bed was comfy and the room was large enough though.

Needed a room while in town for a conference. Fit the need exactly. Clean, quiet, and courteous service.

For the most part, our stay was OK. I feel the price was a little steep for the condition of the room and the service. We checked in very late, and the front desk person wasn't very friendly. We asked him questions and got the same response, which was "I don't know". The room was not very clean. The bathroom had a strong odor of urine, almost like it was just wiped down. And the comforters had tons of visible stains on them. The location was good. And the pool and pub restaurant downstairs were nice. But not worth what we paid for our stay.
