Pool wasn't in operation when we went. Paid extra for our kids to be at a hotel with a pool...at least a working pool.
The bed was comfortable but I was relegated to an “inside” room which had zero natural light. The room had a second door onto a walkway overlooking the indoor pool and recreation area. Probably preferable by those guests using the pool area but definitely not me. I asked to be moved but was told there were no “outside” rooms available. The lighting in the room was poor and it made for a long weekend of staying away from the hotel I order to feel less trapped.
The only issues was my key never worked to the door that was closest to my room. I had to keep walking around to the main entrance even in the day time
Great one night stay.
Updates are done but only ok quality. Rooms partially updated. Overall ok clean. Not great
The hotel smells funky. When I checked in the girl was busy on the phone helping solve a problem of another guest which was fine. But when she served me she was not real friendly. The rooms were clean but stuffy smelling.
Poolside awesome breakfast friendly staff comfy beds
The property is really run down, everything smells of chlorine from their open air indoor pool. The room is okay at best, the walls look dirty and the bathroom was gross. The grout was dark in places, the shower has mold growing on it, and the
showed up at 11 pm and was told our reservation had been rerouted...
Very nice staff at checkin. The property is clean. Water in the shower was lukewarm. Drunk folk outside my room until 12am.
Place is short of staff. Amenities are so-so. Too expensive rates for a small town .
Reserved handicapped room not available. Bathroom no grab bars, hazardous for anyone with even mild mobility problem. Coffee service inadequate. No coffee available to guests after 10am . No real dinner. Dining service in cocktail lounge. Hours very restricted for food and lounge. Hot water not working in sink and shower. Sink drain not working. Lights burned out in entrance. Maintenance "not answering" when contacted by desk. Noise in corridor at night. Personnel at front desk polite and tried to deal with problems but other services unavailable or unresponsive.
The hotel staff were the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered. The facilities were a little dated, but I would stay here again.
Older conference center from the 70-80's. Being remodeled, but is dated. Shower head put out low pressure, bathroom floor and shower stained. Old mattresses filling hallways. Just ok. Won't stay again.
This was not what I expected from a four seasons at all.
Towels were worn out. Front desk hotel we're sorry. Curtains were dirty.
