Disappointed, but I would go back.

This was my third time staying here, and I was disappointed. I stayed during Manc Pride. The room, whilst clean, wasn’t to the standard I’d previously experienced. One of the lights flashed when it was on, the Kitchenette didn’t have a dishwasher (for a room designed for four adults), the shower screen didn’t close properly, and the bathroom was extremely small. The staff were lovely with the exception a security guard one night who refused to believe that a same-sex couple could be sharing a room. He ask very abruptly “you’re in the same room?! I don’t believe you.” Staff had to intervene to sort the issue. The room issues were small and I wouldn’t let them put me off going back; however, for a queer-inclusive hotel, they need to sort the security out, especially at Pride!

Modern hotel in a great location

Beautiful, modern hotel with a very stylish bar and restaurant. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room was very well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. Location of the hotel was brilliant with a tesco over the road to grab snacks and lots of bars a restaurants in walking distance. Ncp carpark is just behind the hotel, and although it’s quite expensive to park there it’s worth it because it’s so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location. Noise from nearby clubs stop at 11pm. Only mark down was that the way the shower is built it floods the entire bathroom floor which was a bit annoying. Staff were attentive and super helpful too.

Stayed here for two nights with my partner at the end of August. Room was lovely, very clean. Wished there were more utensils in the kitchenette (knives, spoons etc.) as we both enjoy cooking. Location was good, and we had easy access to Manchester city centre. The bed was extremely comfortable.
