Outdoor smoking area (bench in the back) too close to room #125. As a recovering lung cancer patient, I found it difficult to walk the property. The woman in the room near me was sitting in a wheelchair smoking cigarettes while on her cell phone. You need to have some outdoor area that's free of outdoor ashtrays so we can walk in clean air.

The clientele of the RRI didn’t seem really upstanding, and there were definitely groups of young men drinking outside on the property. Also, the charged a $3/day “safe usage” fee that I asked them to remove, but they only removed one of the two days per my credit card statement.
