It's a fine place. This isn't quite a budget experience - I thought it was a bit expensive considering it competes with Motel 6 - but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the area was quiet. Not much in the area for other budget accommodation which is probably where they get their pricing. Don't use the wall safe, it will save you a few bucks a night.

Very displeased. Housekeeping never came. Said i had the privacy up when they went by. And was rold if it is up they dont come back. Had a stack of dirty towels and trash over flowing. Had to go get towels at the office twice and had to empty my trash

I stay at a lot of Red Roofs, so please understand that I do not expect them to be 5 star hotels. However, this particular Red Roof felt very substandard for the brand. The first issue I had was the parking. I guess there just must not be enough spaces for the number of rooms. There are two buildings and I consistently had to park at the far end of the other building (kind of annoying to unpack and pack). In the room, the internet never worked, a couple of the wall plugs didn't work, the shower leaked badly and you had to slam the door shut in order for it to actually shut (we found this out when we woke up in the morning to find the door ajar). Then my main issue - the desk agent at check out. I was walking from my car into the front office and as I walked up, the front desk agent looked up, saw me coming in and ran around the corner. I could hear them on the phone around the corner. No big deal, I can wait for a minute. I waited 5 minutes. I called out for them to come back. Nothing. I then threw my keys on the desk, yelled that I was checking out and left - as I had a flight to catch. No one ever acknowledged that I was there. It was just after 6am... so nothing crazy. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location and I could never recommend to anyone else to stay here either.

My experience with the Red Roof Inn's services was quite satisfying! I would do business there, again. Thank you!

Nice place to stay. Bus terminal right there if not driving.

Positives: * 3 of the 4 staff members I interacted with were absolutely stellar. The one staff member who checked us in was not very friendly. * Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. * Shower - water pressure was very good and the water was hot. * Easy check out. * Free wi-fi - it was fast enough to stream video which I really appreciated. Negatives: * Ants in the room in December. * Floors with no carpet look nicer and more modern, however when someone in the room above you drops something on the floor it is very loud in the room. * People talking outside is very loud in the room. * Police banging on someone's door at 4:45a because there is a stolen car in the parking lot. Not that this event is specifically is the inn's fault, but... I guess the inn attracts these kinds of people. Yikes. * The lighting was garish. Every lightbulb was LED or something really harsh. * No refrigerator or coffee maker. * No bottled water in the room. * Safe charge? I have never heard of this in any other hotel. I'm really very glad it is refundable.

Small and old rooms. Not updated and no space. Parking was good and hotel staff were pleasant

Neighbors were very noisy, smoked outside our room and the smoke came in. Police were there several nights. We stayed for 9 nights. The hotel staff was wonderful and the Room and facilities were very clean.

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life there was a trash left inside the room and it was smelling

we have two dogs traveling with us so pet friendly is very important

It was a good night stay. The bed was comfortable and the floors were a little wet from housekeeping mopping them but I didn't mind because it was good to know they do mop the floors and it was okay to walk barefoot.

Good hotel. It was clean and friendly staff. Only bad thing was no computer to print boarding pass for flight and no breakfast.

Just a basic hotel very standard nothing special. No negatives to speak of . Competitive rates for the area. Great overall experience

On a trip to visit my husband, who worked in Massachusetts, we decided to stay in New Hampshire just to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was excellent, very informative about activities to do in the area. The rooms were very clean and the area is quiet. Being from the country it was nice to be able to relax at night and not hear a lot of traffic.

We went to NH for Christmas shopping. It was 3minutes drive from the Mall at rockingham. I have no complains! Perfect for the value. They even accept dogs.

Great hotel centrally located near highways and restaurants

The hotel was ok, looked nice and manicured outside, but the room i got was very small. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. It was a clean room, not exceptionally clean, but ok. I did not loke the idea there was not much room to move around, and there was no mini fridge in the room. The ice machine was broken in our building, we reported it and were told its always broken.

Great for main highway access , centrally located. Courteous helpful staff, and a very goof value.

First off great price and location, pretty adjacent to everything was in town for business. Hotel is non-smoking but every room reeks of cigarette smoke and front desk staff was smoking basically in the lobby as I went to check-in. Make sure you keep your belongings out of sight parking lot is pretty sketchy and so are the other guests. Bed was comfortable and the HDTV is nice but the wifi was incredibly slow. Would not stay again or recommend to a friend.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and found the room to be quite nice. Everything was super clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was the friendliest I have encountered in a very long time.
