Unfortunately check in took around 30 minutes, everything seemed a bit manual, and there was only 2 people Infront of us in the queue. There were no bedside tables and some of the plug sockets did not work. Room was clean but beds were not all that comfortable and pillows in the bed ranged in size quite a lot, some flat as a pancake and some big and bouncy.

Room is standard, clean and comfortable good for a stop off or quick trip! It's such a unique building, as horror fans having come down for a convention we appreciated the aesthetic.Staff were wonderful, very sweet, attentive and understanding. Bar staff were lovely and friendly- made our stay extra pleasant. The bar had lots of great deals so we had lots of fun with their cocktail tree and shot dealz! Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, lots of good options and we enjoyed our cooked brekky! Overall a lovely fun stay- you make it your own so perfect for friends or business trips needing a clean standard stay!
Cubby between the beds, beds have PERFECT charging stations, cubby works as a side table!

I stay here quite often , sometimes pay for breakfast which is good value for money and tasty , rooms are clean , I feel car park is safe , camera operated , £2 per night , check in friendly , a couple of downsides , across the road is Eccles centre , run down being demolished , next part is the lifts and here are in different building so for example if you want reception, you got to floor 2 and walk down a flight of stairs , if you get 412 for example you go to floor 5 and walk down the stairs to floor 4 , I have been there that often it doesn’t bother me now , WiFi on the 4th floor for example is around 3 meg , ok for Facebook etc , room can be seen on my you tube channel , variety of different ones available, any questions please ask

The mattress was very thin and springs could be felt through the thin bedsheet. The fact that one could be fined for smoking in the rooms was a little irksome given the fact that someone on my floor was evidently (by the smell) smoking a dubious cigarette. I must say the staff were very accommodating and polite allowing me to check in and hour earlier than the indicated time.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, close to motorway on ram, is a one way system around the hotel. Is part of a business building, reception on 2nd floor with 9 steps down to check in. Restaurant is 9 steps up on this floor. Lifts only go to floors in between so there are 9 steps either up or down to get to rooms. Managed fine with luggage. There is some redevelopment happening but only a little noise. Tram only 5 minute walk. Aldi next door.
