love the cleanliness, location, pool, staff and overall stay.

great location very clean, friendly staff and i enjoyed the clean pool

location the hotel is in a very quiet area but also with access to many services

I was pleasantly surprised by Hotel Mozonte. The bargain cannot be beat in terms of price and quality. It was clean, the grounds were cared for and attractive, it is centrally located, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice. If you are looking for a bargain in Managua I highly recommend Hotel Mozonte.

I book my room 5 months in advance, pay in advance and they didn't have a room for me, they put me in small room, bathroom with no air fun or extractor, i pay for 3 week, untill i said i will go to another hotel. They find me another room.I call reception for ice, nobody shows up, terrible services.

I'd recommend getting a room away from the pool. Kids are loud and out playing until late. All in all my stay here was good considering it's a 3 star hotel. Good for the price. No frills. The breakfast was good but not blowing anyone away. Staff speaks very little English, except one guy.

COCKROACHES: During my stay at the hotel, there were HUGE cockroaches all over our room whether in the bathroom and underneath the bed. My desperation was getting to me that one night while sleeping; a HUGE roach was crawling on my hair that I woke up screaming for help. The night shift receptionist answer to the cockroach problem was ONLY a roach spray to kill the insects. Never did he offer me to move me to a new room. SAFE BOX: To top this nightmare, I first noticed $100 U.S. dollars missing from our safe box but did not make a complaint. Only after I became aware that $400 U.S. dollars more were missing I brought this to the hotel owner attention. On the last week of our stay, I cannot describe how disappointed and upset I felt when a total of $500 U.S. dollars was stolen from our very own in-room safe. No one yet is held accountable for this theft. The owner of the hotel (Carlos Alvarado) told me the only persons having access to our safe box are the front desks’ receptionist, himself, and myself, but yet it is not 100% secure. Mr. Alvarado seemed indifferent of this complaint; he seemed not to believe my story. He told me that there was a possibility that this was an “auto-stolen”/mix-up case. Likewise, Mr. Alvarado told me the hotel was not going to pay for my stolen money. I wasted a WHOLE day to see surveillance cameras and to my surprise, cameras are outdated. You cannot see much and waste time on seeing recordings on a very slow pace. The camera that was facing my

Great staff and beautiful pools. Helpful and friendly staff.

Is free breakfast, but they give you little bit, maybe the staff was told by management to stretch it, and went the food finish, they don't replace it just is no more.Towels are old, soap finish they don't check, until you tell them, no hot water, light sometime go off, the staff is friendly, security 24 hours that good.

Its basic but nice its good recomended for family have the necesary at a good price the personal its very good recomended for a relax vacations or businnes travel .

I recommend this hotel has every good breakfast, ladies are always cleaning, beds are so,so good you feel at home the reception is very attempt I will stay here again.

La cortesia y amabilidad del personal, sobretodo los de la recepcion.

They hired a room for 2 people for several weeks, but three people remained. One of them was from Managua, We never saw cockroaches in another hotel room, we called the pest control company to reinforce. Near the end of his stay, he indicates that he had lost $ 100 a week, but since that figure was small, he had not said anything to the hotel. now she was missing $ 400 more, but she was not sure what day she had missed since a week ago she did not count the money We called the police, we gave them videos of cameras, the only person who had entered the room was Doña Julia who has been working here for 6 years. We insisted that the authority determine the facts. they brought a lawyer and supposedly his family member would follow up on the case. Instead of following up in the afternoon they gave Dona Julia $ 50.00 numbering of the ticket ME-23518301A and they told her not to tell anyone, because the strange thing about this case was to report the gift they gave her without any reason, I told the guest that on other occasions there had been confusion and even cases of self-theft we had had, but not that this was the case. They insisted that the hotel pay, they did not want to continue with the investigation even though they stayed almost a week more in the hotel and that the third companion was Nicaraguan. The hotel has in terms of security 1. 10 years of operating this hotel with honesty. 2. Very safe neighborhood, where it was embassy of France. 3. 24 hour security 4. Staff has been working for many years 5. housekeeper 6. The rooms have a key 7. The rooms have safety boxes 8. All room doors have cameras pointing to them.
