Our room was in need of some serious renovating. The blinds were broken. The ceiling fan was broken. The clickers did not work…I’m assuming they needed new batteries. We had to call maintenance up to light our pilot light on the fireplace. The shower curtain only covered half the shower. With that said about the room, the front desk was helpful and maintenance was prompt and efficient. The lobby was nice and it always smelled so nice when you came in. Parking is a nightmare especially if you have a big car. We ended up parking across the street on the street the last day. That worked well.

I have four star because the venting machine on the Grand Siera side wasn't working. We have to walk across to the other tower to get the ice in the summer heat. I assume they should have couple ice venting machine working . Overall the staffs were very nice and accommodating.

The hotel was great. The location was amazing. We were up in the high desert near lots of mountain biking and hiking. The hotel is in the middle of a shopping center with lots of restaurants. I loved it.

Great location, great staff

Once we parked our car, we did not need to drive until check out. Everything is walkable. Room is very specious and clean. We arrived 4 hours before check-in time. Initially the staff told us the room was not ready. We expected that. But when we were telling that we just finished a long backpacking and wanted to take shower, Ms. Mandy Hernandez walked in. She found a room which was ready, so we could check in immediately. She was very helpful and super friendly. We could not appreciate her more. Only one negative thing was portable AC. Outside temperature was cooler than the room, and very noisy. We opened the deck door to cool the room.
