Upon checking out at 0720am on 6/11/25 Front desk staff hanged up on me,I was just asking my total bill,told me that he does not understand what I was asking,he also stated he can not divulge total amount of my stay,I was asking for my total amount ,front desk staff hang up the phone ,I went to desk,spoke to a lady ,I informed her re: unprofessional behavior of the male staff,need to improve customer service,how will you feel if you have been disrespected?,lady was not sympathetic nor did she apologized about bad customer service ,never ever again staying at this place,I will never recommend this hotel to anyone,you will loose future customers due to poor customer service,how can you defend a staff,your employee who has poor character or possibly does not want to work as a front desk staff,that male staff need to be retrained,informed of my complaints,it should be a priority for your company to make changes and improve their performance/service recovery process,I’m not saying customers are always right,please ask yourself and your employees,how would feel if the front desk staff hanged up on you ?,I was just asking for my total changes for 2 nights/3days ?,is that difficult to answer and understand?,I was hoping that he will call me back and let me know phone conversation was cut or he has to ask someone so he can answer my questions,horrible experience.
