Location is good. All else is worthless. Much better off in a real hotel or your own condo.

We felt the unit, which is privately owned, was in need of updating. Many aspects of the condo were very worn. Not at all what we expected for the high cost. The reservation did not mention that this was a privately owned property. Probably would not stay here again.

There were a lot of dishes, enough area and the facilities were good.

Clean well kept 3 bedroom condo. Everything was as good as expected. My only downside was that we were told that their is ac in every room and we only had in the main kitchen/sitting area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 4 hot tubs to choose from and right in middle of the village.

In the description it says AC. There is one portable AC unit in the condo, but NO air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was HOT in the bedrooms and VERY uncomfortable. The windows provide very little cool air, and the main portable unit can in no way, supply cooling for the entire condo. I would NOT have booked this room had I known there was ZERO ac in the sleeping areas

We had a excellent time, just little tidiness would be good floors were not vacuumed in the bathroom and the kitchen, other then that just perfect time

the location is in a nice area of shops. the room is a very nice apartment. the furniture, the kitchen, the bedroom, the bathroom and the fireplace are top of the line. I could live here.

When i checked out the charged me an extra fee that I didn't agree to that was a surprise and i did talk to the front desk but the wouldn't do anything about it

Front Desk Clerk was very pleasant and accomodating.

The mobile Air conditioner make noisy and loud and we can't sleep all 3 nights. We also have called to help for out toilet lock, water over the floor. No one come, until we found a plunger and call back to office we found the plunger and she responded where do you get it???? . The room services are no English just Spanish. The second time back worsen than fist time.

We were only spending a weekend so it was important to be right in the middle of everything. Great room (they call it a condo). Facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Great value!! Just wish they had room service.

Enjoyable , nice , would definitely come back , great location

Overall good experience. I normally stay at the Westin but we stayed here instead this year and had a nice stay. No complaints, would definitely stay there again.
