I was there for my 40th Birthday with my family, water main busted so my whole floor was wet and smelly, alarms went off for hours in middle of night, The phone in my room was not working asked for them to fix it every day and no one ever showed up. Only after staff was accommodating, morning staff rude.

The nicest staff in Mammoth, period! (sorry Westin, they do it better). Caroline and Andy went above and beyond to try and accommodate every request add did it all with a smile. Hard to beat ski-in/ski-out for anyone whose top priority is hitting the slopes too. Would stay here again.

The girl at the front desk had the worst customer service! She wouldn’t accommodate out request and send us to the second building without a logic explanation (which she did to the party in front of us). (Room was super small, dated and not clean! Also the person that works at the little coffee/store had the worst attitude as well. Literally threw the pen at me to sign the receipt. The place has amazing views and is in a prime location. Really wish they consider hiring better! Would never stay there again!

The room was very clean, the staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, this is a preference thing for me, the bed was way too soft. The window to the outside of the room was basically an alley way. The room was cozy and needed a little tlc in certain areas. Overall, it was a good experience but if i decide to go there again, I'll ask for a room with a better view.
