Stayed here with my mum and 9 year old son in a 3 bed apartment. The apartment itself was fantastic - brand new fixtures and fitting, very spacious. It even had 2 shower rooms, a microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, TV etc. Very comfy beds. Probably the best we’ve stayed in. The only downside for me was that our balcony didn’t get the sun at all - maybe this wouldn’t be an issue in the summer. The apartment was in a residential block next to the main hotel, so the entrance area was a bit scruffy and we were disturbed by noisy neighbours, dogs barking, construction work. My son loved both the indoor and outdoor pools, but they are freezing. It was very windy while we were there in April, again this wouldn’t be a problem in the summer. We were able to keep the apartment on until we left at 5pm at a charge of €16.50 - very reasonable. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially the owner who helped me confirm our return transfer etc. The welcome pack was a good idea and we just paid for what we needed at the shop. This complex is a great base for sightseeing on the island, very well located for local restaurants and the rocky coastline. I would definitely stay at Sunseekers if I came back to Bugibba, but the resort is a bit shabby and downmarket.
This accommodation was suggested by a taxi driver and turned out to be one of the best zi had ever stayed at (other than a 5* hotel ONCE! )The apartment was newly furnished to a very good standard. Very clean and tidy. Full kitchen equipment. Table and chairs new very comfy sofa bed flat screen TV. Balcony with great sea views. Outdoor rooftop pool, indoor pool gym and sauna. Full English breakfast for €5. Small bar and nice reception area. Wonderful friendly and informative reception staff. Can not rate this complex highly enough and will certainly return .
We stayed for 6 weeks in this lovely little complex, and found it absolutely brilliant. We fully intend to return. Many of the guests were return guests, which says it all. The apartment is basically furnished, but is very well equipped. It consists of a full sized oven with 4 burner hob, full sized fridge / freezer, powerful microwave, kettle, toaster, television and hairdryer. This, coupled with a bathroom with walk-in shower , was perfect for our needs. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop and also an indoor pool, sauna, gym, laundry facilities, a small bar and a shop on site The apartment was kept spotlessly clean, and towels and sheets were changed regularly. This is a family run complex, small and friendly, and you are made to feel very welcome. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is superb. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.
Self Catering Turned up and reversed into a small lane and thought omg its a dive from apartments lining the road before the hotel but as we got out of the coach immediately I had to back track - a beautiful reception, fantastic manager and staff and the room was brand new - all the rooms refurbed! We were welcomed well and efficiently shown to our rooms to find a lovely essential water/tea/coffee welcome pack - nice touch! The rooms are spotless we were in room 211 a 2bed with two balconies, the little shop in the basement and the indoor and roof pools are great. The owner was extremely helpful and offered advice on the best restaurants I will def’ return - it was early so the weather was windy but we still had temps of 20plus Tv in main lounge and kitchen had micro/toaster/kettle/oven/hob/fridge freezer etc with plenty of utensils and crockery The shower room was immaculate and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure So impressed 12/10 Jason n Meena
Stayed at the Sunseeker Holiday Complex for a week on a self catering basis on a last minute deal. Had good reviews but the other guests who arrived on our airport transfer were very sceptical when we arrived. We checked in early and were pleasantly surprised at the size of the accommodation and the cleanliness of the place. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant and really helpful with directions for transport ,shopping ect. Also Judith the TUI rep was very helpful and informative. Had a good week and would definitely stay here again.
just got back. absolutely brilliant. The apartment was lovely. Everything you need to make it a perfect stay. Didnt want to come home. Definately going back next year. The reception staff and cleaners are so pleasant. Made us feel so welcome from start to finish, thank you all at the sunseeker complex so much.
We stayed in Sunseeker complex early February 2018. We were happythere was heating in the appartement, as it was quite chilly that time of the year. Facilities are good and sufficient. We only found that the light in the living room could be better and more friendly. The ladies in the breakfast restaurant were very helpful.
We have just returned from a lovely week at the Sunseeker Holiday complex. We chose it based on trip adviser reviews and were not disappointed, we requested a sunny, quiet apartment and what we were allocated was just right, very spacious, well equipped, modern and kept very clean.... thank you Neville. The Sunseeker has a very nice roof top pool and sunbathing area, with lovely sea views, the breakfast restaurant is located up there too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very central with the bus station, Trolees supermarket (although the on-site shop is very competitive), promenade and the 'square' all just minutes walk away. We found that it's location at he head of short cul-de-sac made it quiet, which we like. There are plenty of restaurants close by with something to suit all tastes and pockets, we particularly liked 'Bugies,' about a 8 minute walk away. If you are looking for a holiday apartment in Bugibba then certainly consider these, we would have no hesitation in returning.
Stayed at Sunseeker for 14 nights from Feb 13th. Could not fault it. 1 bed apartment was large - Comfy twin beds(extra pillows provided) Enough Wardrobe/Draw space plus Hairdryer. Asked for extra hangers and they were brought up in 10 mins. Large lounge with TV, 4-ring hob and full oven,Microwave,Toaster,Kettle,FridgeFreezer,Table and 4 chairs plus 2 bed settees Towels changed every 2 days and bedding every 3 days Good bathroom with shower - no problem with size (as stated on other reviews) Hot water always available. Asked for a room with sun on balcony in afternoon in email before travelling. This room had 2 balconies (one had sun till 16.00 and other had sun from 14.00) Safe available at 2.00 a day is situated at bottom of wardrobe Rooftop pool is great but did not use it as most of time it was too cold and windy - would be perfect in summer. Mini market had similar prices to others. Launderette facilities available via tokens for washing and drying 3.50 each Iron and ironing board were available free Bar was well priced and showed all big football matches Had breakfast on last day and it was very good - 5.00 All staff on reception were excellent especially Neville who answered all my questions on the area. Cleaners kept rooms and hotel spotless. Close to bus station/promenade/shops/restaurants - ideal position but quiet This is one of the best self catering apartments that i've ever stayed in. Hope to come back later this year when weather is better
Neville and his family the owners are great people nothing is too much trouble. We had a studio very clean. It had a modern kitchen. The building and pool areas were very good, good prices in the mini market fantastic position in the town. When we return to Malta it will be back there. Thanks for the chair in the bedroom Neville.
