Stood at this hotel for college visits. Staff was warm and welcoming and gracious as we hit unexpected snow and was not in the best moods. Room was perfect amenities were as expected. Updated room. All day coffee tea and hot chocolate was a warm welcome. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to a Walgreens and Walmart for those unexpected needs. If we are in the area again we will be sure to stay here. All staff are wonderful and answered questions.

Limited and poor quality breakfast food. Fireplace in main entrance didn’t work (staff said it was never hooked up to a gas line). Rooms smelled strongly of cleaner. A big positive was the staff. They were wonderful, hard working people. Any issue would be related to Red Roof upper management.
