Nice hotel near the Centralatation and the city center. Garage nearby with direct connection. Huge room that I liked a lor, average bathroom, moquette (I don't like it). Free wi fi eith good speed. I will definely consider it for another trip here.
I typically stay at the Renaissance hotel, but decided to try the Radisson Blu. It is a very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly. The food is good as well...although I found out the menu is very limited on the weekends. The hotel is a bit farther to most of the restaurants, but not too bad. The rooms in this hotel are HUGE! Overall a very good experience at the Radisson Blu.
In an ideal world i'd prefer a hotel with an indoor pool too, however this hotel was a superb choice, The rooms are incredibly spacious and well furnished. The staff are all very professional, warm and polite.
This is a very pleasant hotel, with very nice and comfortable rooms, all amenities, nice lobby where you can have a drink or snack/dinner. The location is great, 5-8 min on foot from Malmo train station, and very close to the river. Only one problem: staff at reception was very kind but also very slow.
Stayed at the Radisson Blu for a long weekend in Nov. It is located centrally and within an easy walk of the main shops and restaurants in.Malmo. the main hotel area is a mix of old/new buiding. The bedroom was a massive room with all facilities and staff were polite and helpful. The only drawback was no milk (uht or other) in the room. It maybe a Swedish thing not to have milk in tea. Breakfast was included and there were all tastes catered for. Bar snacks were epic too. Superb hotel.. would visit again. I would definately recommend.
First time staying at the hotel, staff are friendly, food is nice, room is surprisingly spacious and also clean. It is 10 min walking distance to the main train station and also to the center of the city. Small arcade next to the hotel hosts a supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop and even an H&M, which makes the location even handier!
This was our final stop when travelling around Europe in summer. And we did the same last year. Our room was a basic room (no upgrade to a Business room this time) which we felt to be better than a Business class room. The size is the same but decor different. They have big rooms. Rooms are quite clean. Breakfast is traditional Scandinavian which is somewhat boring but quite good anyway. Service could be friendlier but it was just fine. Would stay again.
First time staying overnight in Malmö and spent two nights at The Radisson Blu. We arrived somewhat late but they were ready for us and we got checked in smoothly and efficiently. At 10:45pm the lobby was very lively, which surprised me, but they did have a bar and a lot of comfortable seating. That combined with meetings going on at the property makes sense I guess. The property is not tall but is a bit spread out. I had a bit of a walk but my rooms was very large and comfortable. The bed was super comfy and I slept very well during my stay. I also had a large bathroom and a nice work desk area. Again, very spacious. Breakfast was great and that was the only meal I had on site. Overall a very good stay. Gym was small but clean and had what I needed for a workout.
Stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Malmo for a couple of nights whilst working on the city. The location is ideal, having flown from Heathrow into Copenhage, then taking the train across the Oresund Bridge to Malmo, the hotel is only a short walk from Malmo Central Station. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room, was spacious, and well appointed, and the bed pretty comfy, and most importantly, quiet - nothing worse than a location or room with too much noise!!. Breakfast was interesting, if you are not used to Scandinavian food, but enough of a selection for most taste buds. Did not use the restaurant in the evening, but from the Bar, a Gin and Tonic (Spirit of Hven Organic Gin from Sweden) was SEK 135 (just over £12.00) - needless to say, whilst I knew drinks in Sweden were on the pricey side, it was my first and last. Overall, with friendly and polite staff, this is a good hotel, if you staying in central Malmo with easy access to many bars and restaurants in the evening.
Very large room, bed very comfortable . Personell always tries to help or find solutions. Quiete rooms. Good breakfast . Position of hotel is near to the railway station and city centre at wylking distance.
