A fantastic clean and friendly hotel. Great room, great food and cheap bar snacks. The only downside was it seemed to be geared around the Germans. Definitely recommend a stay here. Lovely pool and pool area. Plenty of sun loungers and very clean. We went in May 18. Very quiet as mostly older people staying.

We booked on line and our booking confirmation stated free WiFi when booking on line. What it didn’t tell you is that it is only for 1 device only. As both my wife and I brought devices with us, My wife went to Reception only to be told by a very rude Manolo that 1 device only. Why wasn’t this mentioned on the booking confirmation. The only helpful member of staff was Tony in the Dining Room. Although our room was adequately cleaned every day, inside the shower wasn’t. Overall we had a better experience staying last year at the Hotel Helios, Hotel rooms a little dated but staff where far better.

Just back from a 5 day stay in Hoel Roc Leo. We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel costing under €15 and only a 5minutes ride away. However there was a bus stop very close to the hotel and it would have been a good option too. We took a bus to Palma for €1.50 each way. Buses can be quite crowded but not a long journey. Hotel staff very pleasant and always willing to assist in any queries we had. Our room was a premier room and located on first floor. We had our own terrace with sunloungers and umbrella which was great and towelling gowns and slippers supplied! The fridge had complimentary tins of beer and soft drinks. There was a coffee maker which also supplied hot water. I brought teabags with me but the cups were so tiny it really wasnt practical. Beds very comfy with memory foam mattresses. Cleaners came in every day to clean and supply fresh towels. Beach towels were available from reception with £10 refundable deposit and also code to rent out personal safe. Plenty of choice of food both at breakfast and dinner. I’m a plain eater but got plenty. Fresh fish and a meat cooked during dinner each night which was good. There was entertainment at 10pm with an hour of music beforehand and the odd game of bingo thrown in. There wasn’t a lot of children about but was term time and wouldn’t be sure what activities were available for them. Plenty of supermarkets nearby which can be accessed via the back doors( room keycard needed to regain access) and beach is a 5 minute walk away. Palma Aquarium was a 5 minute walk from the entrance of hotel. Hotel is very popular with older Spanish visitors but all staff understood and spoke English very well.

This hotel looks recently refurbished, and the rooms are clean and modern. Housekeeping does a good enough job every day as well. However, sound insulation between rooms is the worst I have experienced in any hotel I have stayed in. Noise always travels across hotel rooms, of course, but in this one you can hear literally everything. So if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this hotel is not for you. The most disappointing thing, though, was the food. Breakfast is fairly basic, and the buffet dinner lacks variety, the food served is cheap, and much of it is frankly tasteless. Most of the guests in this hotel, at least when we stayed there, were very rude Spanish pensioners. Don't know if it's always like that, but just mentioning it anyway. So if you book this hotel, it's probably worth considering just the room or B&B. On the plus side, the hotel is really convenient for the airport and Palma (bus into city centre takes about 15 mins).

The room was clean and tidy, cleaned every day. The staff were lovely and welcoming and there was nothing they could not tell you - very helpful. The food was a bit samey after a couple of days, with only the live cooking station really changing from chicken to pork to steak. I did get a bit bored of the food after 3 days. however, that said, it all appeared to be freshly prepared and nothing ever ran out.

Hotel is very nice and clean our view from the room was very good and was spotless and cleaned every day and the beds were very comfortable, the downside was that the walls were thin so you could hear people in the next room and the only 2 English channels on the TV were Blomberg TV and CNBC. In the restaurant there was a good choice and it was cooked well and was replenished frequently. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We booked a 3 night get away through Ryanair and didn't know what to expect. This hotel is excellent, very clean and fresh, Staff Excellent, we were on Half Board and the food was excellent. When the complex over the road is built I think we will need another visit so we can do a little shopping.

Stayed here for business during the low season. The staff is friendly, attentive and speak English. Rooms are clean, modern, have comfortable beds and the shower is spacious. The breakfast buffet is good and offers a lot of choice. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, but since it was January we didnt use it ;-) Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, but many of them closed in the low season. There is a bus stop at the rear entrance, the bus will take you to downtown Palma in 20 minutes or so.

We stayed there for two nights. We were freezing the both nights. There was no heating in the room as the air conditioner was out of function. We asked for help at the reception, however the girl working at that time said she can't do anythig about it. Both the room and the bathroom were nice, big and clean. The breakfast was rich and delicious. We did not know in advance that we would have to pay extra money if we want wi-fi connection which is ridiculous. To sum up it was a good hotel with a lot of disadvantages.

Excellent location, lovely friendly staff and a very clean well maintained Hotel, Receptionist very friendly and knowledgeable about the local attractions, there is a drinks package available at reception well worth buying. Thanks for a brill 60th birthday.
