Excellent location, lovely friendly staff and a very clean well maintained Hotel, Receptionist very friendly and knowledgeable about the local attractions, there is a drinks package available at reception well worth buying. Thanks for a brill 60th birthday.
We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this hotel. We originally booked Hotel Helios, next door, with jet2 holidays but they emailed us 5 weeks before to say they had terminated the contract with them and provisionally booked us in to the Leo. We decided to accept as it was too late to find anywhere else. Big mistake. First off we went to check in and we had to wait till gone 3pm because the room was not ready. When we got to the room there was a tiny little wardrobe and no draws what so ever. It would have probably been ok for a short stay but not for 10 days. The shower leaked every time we used it and also kept going from hot to cold. In my opinion the food was no way 4*. Not alot of choice, luke warm food. Also i have never been to a hotel where you have to wait for bacon, eggs ect to be cooked as you get to the counter also the same with evening meals. I`m sorry to say that this hotel was not for us and we would not recommend it to anyone stopping more than 4 days. Also we don`t think this is a very good 4* hotel having been to other one`s in spain. One last thing, although this is nothing to do with the hotel, we never saw a jet2 rep for the entire stay.
Just returned from a 4 day holiday at this hotel and enjoyed every minute ,very nice sized room , the hotel was very clean , great food and the most comfortable beds iv'e ever had , great location - close to airport and only 1 min walk to a wonderful sandy beach , would recommend to everyone and will definitely stay here again .
Nice Hotel in good position lovely clean rooms, food not big choice but good quality only downside is entertainment bingo almost every night and walked out what was meant to be comedy act never seen such rubbish in all the years been holidaying abroad
I doubt that many people will stay here for more than one night, but with an early flight out of the airport, it proved to be a good choice. OK to park the car nearby and quiet for sleeping. An unusual shower / bathroom / toilet arrangement, but perfectly functional for two people rushing in the morning. Didn't get chance for breakfast - only downside was that the internet only works in reception.
Just returned from the Roc Leo which I stayed for only one night as I live here and like to try different hotels. Hotel really clean, got a room on the 4th floor which was really nice. I would go back but this time Room only as there was not much of a choice for dinner and what they had was not very tasty (maybe we happened to be there on a bad night). Breakfast was ok, although they had pasta filled with meat that was on the night before. Also no croissants or sausages which you would expect in a buffet. Anyway I loved the hotel and Im def going back but, as I salid, no food included (there is bars and restaurants down the street). Thank you for a nice stay Roc Leo!
Stayed here in June, lovely room over looking the pool, very disappointed with the restaurant, no food labels so spent the whole time guessing what we were eating, the bar very over priced, so everyone was going out for the evening and the entertainment which was good hardly had anyone watching , reception staff ok except for one who was quite rude . We feel a little cheated having to pay the tourist tax for a 4* hotel as no way was this , we have stayed in far better. But on the plus side a really great resort and have already booked again but staying at a different hotel
We have just stayed at this Four Star hotel for 3 nights following our flight cancellation with Ryanair on 10th October. We thought this hotel was very good with a very comfortabl room with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant was excellant and well up to four star rating. The pool area was also very good with a good pool although the sun beds are possibly showing their age a little. The hotel was a short stroll from the sea front at Can Passtilla which was very good for a stoll in the evening or afternoon. We had a room overlooking a building site so a room on the sea side of the hotel overlooking the pool would obviously be the best option if you are staying for any length of time. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a one or two week stay.
Currently staying here due to Ryan airs cock up and the staff and elderly codgers here all look down there nose at you and speak to u like crap. There attitudes stink (especially the 2 receptionists pictured) the hotel itself is nothing special take me back to hotel bouganvilla in sa coma any day that 3* hotel blows this supposed 4* hotel out of the water I think it's absolutely rubbish here the breakfast isn't that fresh and is very repetitive I t's not the best condition there's dangerous loose wires hanging out of wall with bed pushed against them, paint splatter over floors, leaking shower door seal (bathroom floods when showering), bulbs blown, dusty skirting, smashed mirror, holes in ceiling 😱 the list goes on and on and don't get me started on the building site that is constant noise from early morning til late night. There is a lot better in the area so book one of them. If your under 65 go elsewhere if u don't like being stared at. The only upsides are the beds are extremely comfy and the location in relation to beach distance is good.
Stayed here for a week, really good hotel, very helpful, friendly staff. Room was great overlooking the pool, very clean and modern. Pool area was good, great bar service, lunch was really nice and fairly priced.3 mins in a taxi from airport and a stones throw from fantastic beach, all you want from a relaxing break.
